I’ve attempted to go to this Subway location about 10 times before but there was always a long line due to only 1 employee taking orders, making the hero and taking payments. I finally pass and I see an opportunity to go in because of the short line but it was a disgusting experience!!! The young man who attended to me was on the phone in a deep conversation not listening to me and sounded annoyed as I was making my order. The worker also had 3 people hanging around just talking to him while helping customers. I say this to say please do better with your customer service.

Well the first time going there in September this year was the best served experience I believed mark served me and the second time in October during the day it was another man who served me both employees was polite and respectful the place is always clean and the cookies are good . I would recommend a visit when you want a healthy sandwich ; simple .

Are they don’t know how to behave with a customar!!!!! Your employees tell other customar to lock the door becouse this is closing time!!!!!! Then he told me to open that close door due to some one come to meet with him! What the hell man, am i his servent to open and close thear door!!!!!!First teach your employees to how to behaviour with a customers.

I asked the sandwich artist for more onions and he threw the sandwich away. I am utterly lost and confused and will never be returning because his actions were entirely unnecessary. Why would you rather waste food than to just build the sandwich as the customer POLITELY requested? its not even as if there was an extra cost communicated which i would have been willing and capable to pay.

I had a HORRIBLE experience the person who took my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried to use coupons and he refused to take them. I also was ready for check out and asked for cookies that was by the register while he was about to take the coolies out he stopped right while i was talking to ring up a guy that was BEHIND ME. Said i wasn’t done ordering SUPER RUDE. Last i checked those behind the line have to wait till the costumer in front is done and ready never going back again. I also left a complaint on the corporate subway website!!!

The Jamaican guy who works there during lunch hours is extremely rude. He clearly doesn't know how to work in retail and treat people with respect. All my work colleagues have said the same thing about him. I'm done going there as long as I see him there. How can the manager keep this dude working there?

I did not want to do this but you are not going to play in my face like I'm a damn fool. Okay so I ordered my sub and when it was time to pay I handed Janice my coupon she tell me they don't accept coupons none of the locations do. I said I use them all the time in Harlem so what's the problem then says to me read it. It's not my fault you got a line and have to make sandwiches. As if the money coming out of her pay check.

I came in at 8:52pm as soon as I walked in They told me it was closed when i asked what time they closed a tall lightskin man tells me 9:30pm but the sign is outside says 10pm . I worked in quick service restaurants before they trying to pre close way before the original closing time so they can leave at 10pm on the dot and milk the time . It hate unfair to customers.
