Got an afternoon sandwich real quick figuring its a good choice. It wasn't at all, I ordered the sweet tariaki chicken. First sandwich was completely empty of chicken, hidden under cheese. It tasted ok at first, but that started smelling old to me. Unfortunately I gave some to my old female cat, which she threw up. Needless to say, I threw up right after. Never again

I had placed an order through Door Dash this place is a hit or miss when it comes to making the sandwich and following instructions. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I always leave clear instructions to toast the bread, yet whoever prepares the sandwich either ignores or doesn’t read it. My biggest pet peeve is paying for something and receiving the exact opposite of what I ordered. This isn’t free customers deserve to get what they paid for. Why would you send a sandwich cold, untoasted, and with stale bread?

I ordered on uber and not only did they make a flimsy sandwich, they did not add what was requested such as onions etc. Then they put a ton of Mayo on the dam sandwich. I tried calling but no one answers the phone. This place was great at one time, not anymore!

I ordered on doordash, the staff called me and they were very rude. Half of there items are finished, and then they want to be rude.
The staff was nice enough to Clean cut my sandwiche. Does NOT accept coupons :(

This place needs to be checked by the better business bureau because they are overcharging for sandwiches. When you get a regular turkey foot long, the price is under 10 dollars. I know this because I’ve paid that amount at this location for years now. However when they charge you, they charge you for a titan turkey (double everything) and charge you 15 dollars for a regular footlong. They are even inconsistent with that because sometimes I’ll come in and it’s 9 dollars and other times it is 15 dollars. I’ve brought this up with them and let them know the price discrepancies but usually the workers are quiet and don’t say much (probably because they’ve realized they’ve been caught). Anyways, the reviews for this place have been horrible recently, the place has gone downhill and I will be reporting this location to the better business bureau.

Ordered 2 footlongs from the app which said they would be ready by 4:05, i come in 4:15 and its not even ready. The employees say another ten minutes and they give bullshit excuse about the place being busy when all I see is one group of three people in the entire store. Absolute stupid employees.
