I usually use Uber for delivery and it's always fast, about 10-15 minutes. I like that in addition to the varied menu, you can make your own sandwich, wrap or salad. Today I visited this location and was pleasantly surprised, aaa clean inside, lots of space and you can calmly eat inside. The guys really don't work very fast despite the lack of a long line, but I was there in the evening and most likely they were just tired. But overall, I received my order quickly, was satisfied and it was really tasty. I like that the menu has become more varied and there is a large selection of wraps and breakfasts.

I ordered online and accidentally clicked Italian bread, I asked for herbs and cheese instead in person before sandwiches were made. This was on April 17 at about 430pm. This is where the issues start the worker in uniform not in blue shirt gave me the single worse experience I had at a subway.1 after a several minutes and screaming match screaming server was refusing to give me the the sandwich with the bread I request. Ok fine, I apologized for yelling his response was you don't scare me after I said hey sorry for. Yelling? The best part as I was ordering the guy who said that was having a conversation woth the other worker hey don't argue customers. Now I've been a patron of this subway long before he was there never once was I not accomadated. You don't scare me if a great response because I had tp threaten to leave and cancel the order.2 HE HAD AN ISSUE WITH ME USING THE bogo50, mind you I got a meal the 5 bucks you lost on the couponade extra 7 bucks, the soda from the fountain drink runs maybe a 1 usd cup syrup and seltzer water plus the 2 cookies. I know the owner. And intend to have a conversation about the worker3 the. Worker said oh hey you don't like it cancel the order4 spmehow hallopenos got pur on the order i can't eat those due to a stomach ulcer.I'm not trying to be rude but my patronage pays for the food on his wife b kids table I'm glad I didn't scare the fella while saying hay sorry didn't mean to yell lik that.5 he had the nasties response when I calmy reminding him after the food was mad look your at a food prep. Job along as it's not a ridiculous request customer always right6 I'm kinda worried now with the guy messing with my sandwich on a mobile order if I'm not there to oversee it made.I'm a long time patron and last thing I want to do is cost them buissness, now I know who the owner of the subway is and want to speak to him about the worker in person. If you can leave a time your there I'd appreciate it. You and I both know that that's not the way to act. This review is because of the you don't scare me comment for no reason because I bet the owners wallet n bottom line are scared of a worker like that. I don't want the guy fired I just want an apolpgy. It hurts when you try and do the right thing and you get a fresh response. For 23 USD I got to meet se guy who serves food. Ot how the customer wa ts but how he wants. Oh and It It takes nerve to after I said cancel the order to say oh I said I Canale it on herbs and cheese instead of Italian

The sign on the window said they were open until 9 pm. The light that said "OPEN" was illuminated when I walked in at 8:30 pm. Yet, the employee said they were closed. This inconsistency is frustrating for patrons. I don't even mind if they do decide to close early, but at least turn off the "OPEN" light and lock the door.
