Pay attention to them making your food if you order mobile or in the store. Twice, I've gotten food with fewer ingredients than I paid for. On numerous occasions, I've had to double-check them making my food to ensure they do it right. All these chains are now owned by foreigners who try to cut corners whenever they can, while the process of getting a refund for online orders is nearly impossible.

I ordered a footlong meatball marinara sub on a toasted Italian herb & cheese bread. I put less sweet onion teriyaki. They put sooooo much sweet teriyaki sauce it was sooooo soggy I couldn't eat it. The bread dripping with sauce. It was so disgusting!!! And they sent me a blue Gatorade drink with a big dent on the top of the bottle. They should be ashamed giving customers this disgusting food!! Customers expect good food for their hard earned money.

I can’t even say how the food tastes but I can say that the cashier left a terrible taste in my mouth. I don’t know if it’s a disdain for certain customers (although she is an older brown American woman ) or just an attitude she woke up with but I by no means purchased a thing after an encounter with her (refund was a definite). Rudeness and attitude was on 10 plus a wait time for an online order that was totally unacceptable. Will not frequent again 👎🏽
