Old man franchise owner rude and mean. His Wife customer service is OK!!! Communication is horrible among all of the employees.

I went here the other day and they had a tray of bread ON THE FLOOR! They also had a pan of food on the floor too that the owner then places on the counter where they were actively making people’s orders! No hygiene.. I will never eat from this subways again.

Convenient location, across from MEC, but there was a clear English language barrier with the franchise owners. Having to repeat my order a few times became frustrating. Not to mention the statement, "light dressing".

I placed an online order on the subway app, showed up at the store when the app told me the store would have it ready, and found out that they hadn’t even started my order. The employees proceeded to tell me that they would get to it when the line of customers ended, which it of course took forever to. 50 minutes from the time I placed my order to when I received my food, from a fast food restaurant. Terrible experience, atrocious customer service, rude employees, do not recommend the online ordering at all.
