Not picking up the phone
I went into this Subway this afternoon at 12pm and was immediately disappointed with the service. The first employee asked for my order but then walked away mid-conversation to finish helping someone else. Then a second employee, a woman with a body built like her attitude big and bad, took over. I asked for a veggie footlong, and when my bread was toasted, she began adding toppings—but was extremely light with everything: lettuce, spinach, onions, olives, green peppers. I politely asked for a bit more, and instead of just accommodating the request, she got loud and defensive, saying, “This is what you get for the price.”
I explained that I wasn’t asking for anything extra—no meat, no cheese—just a decent portion of the veggies, but she still gave me attitude. Her energy was rude and unprofessional, and it honestly ruined the experience. I’ve been coming to this location for years, but I won’t be back if that’s the kind of treatment customers receive. Very disappointing.
Terrible service wont be back its audacious in this economy to give customers an attitude for wanting to spend money at your empty establishment…
I had one of the employees spit in my food. Nasty behavior from the workers they seem to not like their job and never the new items Subways advertising
Worst Subway in the NYC
Lisa the staff member was very rude and nasty. She was trying to refuse the promotional stickers that are posted on their windows. When informing her the promotions were available and posted at the store she started yelling at me as if I was a child . When stating I was reporting her unprofessional behavior she laughed and stated nothing would be done.
The servers there have disgusting attitudes. The face on the Indian lady says it all. Pretty passive aggressive as well.
Workers here lack common brain cells. Terrible service all around.

I went to order a steak, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. The subway artist refused to follow the price listed on the menu. He said that it was an old price listed. However, isn’t it the rule that the price advertised is what you have to sell the product for? I’ve had other bad experiences there as well. I’m NOT purchasing from them again. I even reached out to upper management and left feedback, no one got back to me. I just left without buying anything. Another subway franchise will get my support. God is a good and fair God.

My partner ordered some food for us and went to pick it up. They asked for his id before giving him the food. He didn’t have it so he came back, picked it up and went back. Then refused to give him food until he showed the card used to purchase food. We used Apple Pay (no physical card) so he instead showed the order confirmation you get after ordering online for pickup. My partner left with no food. They said they’d issue a refund and it’d be back on the card in 3 days but no refund was issued on premise. Will update if the money is actually refunded or not.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Felt like I got scammed! Got a foot long and they gave me almost nothing inside. I felt like I was eating only bread. Also made me wait a really long time even though I ordered online. Never coming back!
This subway is not in the best area of New York but this is the closest Subway to me i’ve been going here since I was a kid I love their food and the guy knows me so well he even knows my order and makes it soon as I walk in so 5 stars for the place but 3 for the area it’s in.

It’s hard for me to even give one star to this place I just placed the order for a couple of sandwiches and due to the dietary restrictions I asked Abdullah to make it in front of me. Any refused to follow the vegetable choices that I had, and said he had to go whatever was listed on the SUBWAY® app, he canceled my order didn’t give me my money back. Please do not go and give this guy any money.
