The staff gave a random person my doordash order, did not verify with a picture as is customary and then refused to correct their mistake as if I was somehow to blame. Insanely rude for such a simple error they caused.

I come to this subway often, order the same thing every time but today was different. The server performed poor hand hygiene, I saw him wipe his hands on the back of his pants then put gloves on incorrectly. Then he gave me CRUMBLED pieces of chicken & bypassed the whole pieces of grilled strips. Then I asked for shredded cheese, the portion could not even be enough for a child. Why are you underserving paying customers? Why aren’t you washing or sanitizing your hands after touching your body?

I come here often. The sandwiches are okay. The chicken is usually dry unless you add sauces. The bread is even dryer. Online ordering because there are coupons and I don’t like interacting and usually get everything right. Restaurant has tables.
