I always come to this Subway restaurant since they've opened. There are 2 gentleman who know me and my daughter .I went in today Dec 9th 2023 and there are 2 employees working the front,one is a woman.I had to consistently repeat what I wanted on the sandwiches because she was having a jolly conversation with her coworker.They now have a shield that completely covers and prevents any view of the meat which makes no sense considering they already have a partition over the.food.You can not see how much meat is being put on the sandwich,or the condition of the meat.My daughter is autistic so this was making her anxious because she likes to see them actually making the sandwiches (as we all do).Now the pricing is weird.One sandwich was a BMT(3 meats),the other was just turkey,but yet 1 cost $11.19,and the other $11,99. Why is the one with much less meat only 80 cent less? Anyway,I will be making my own for now on.This experience was horrible..especially the covering of the meat from customer view.

Be careful ordering pick up. They interrogate you for 15 minutes to confirm the order like they sell gold. Even with my phone number, order number and screenshot, they were still confused. Highly annoying.

I stopped by this location and ordered a sandwich and with tip it totaled $16.37. The cashier had a problem ringing up the sale and had to ring it a second time; however he assured me the first was canceled. After two days I check my bank (App) and the amount was debited twice a day apart. I informed my bank and an investigation was filed and they suggested that I could reach out to the vendor. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and he implied that if its billed as two different dates then it is what it is. I also went to the restaurant spoke to the casheir and he remembered and spoke with manager and verified the incident. He also went through the register and found my transaction, yet nothing was done to remedy the situation. This is a warning to customers to be aware of the unscrupulous business practice of this establishment.

If you ever have a promotion or deal and order online, save your time. I ordered a sandwich and checked on the website 10 minutes later saying it was ready to be picked up. However, when I asked about the sandwich, they said they don't particpate in any deals. I understand if the restaurant does not particpate in a deal, but when I ordered online it said the restaurant was particpating in this deal and allow for the order to go through and say it was ready to be picked up. There was no reason for them to make me feel uncomfortable for asking about my order, when they could have just cancelled the order and allow me to save time and use the promotion somewhere else that would honour it. I would have understood that they wouldn't have particpated in this promotion if they cancelled the order. Lastly, there was no reason for them to tell me not to order here again because after telling me that I will make sure to avoid this place when I'm hungry and go somewhere else.

Workers make you feel uncomfortable when you order meals on line or on apps for discounted prices. Telling you that there is a computer glitch or they do not participate or they do not have those ingredients. I feel like they do not want to honor their deals.
