These 2 guys talk so much behind the counter. Unprofessional. They don't understand English! Need to get better serious workers.

What is the point of having a phone # if you don't answer the phone?!?!? You leave no space for comments in ubereats as well as do not answer any calls, so how can it truly be a custom order? What a waste of time
I got rotisserie chicken footlong the other day, today i have food poisoning, that was the only thing I ate yesterday. Would mot recommend.

They’re incredibly rude every night i go in they put my food on the counter and walk away as i pay . I got some cookies tonight and the girl at the counter walked outside as i was paying. The customer service is terrible and they roll their eyes when you come in.

Horrible experience this young guy (Indian) made my sandwich August 8 kept giving me attitude and acting strange while making it even squeeze my tomatoes into my bread...weird, but my dumb a*s ate it cuz I was hungry I should have known better and just tell him never mind I don't want it.. and walk out. about an hour later I broke out on my face of these large bumps... wish I could sue that wicked boy and subway. That was the only thing I ate and that was the first I experience that. Traumatized me.

I was having an amazing day getting my daily subway sandwich that i have been purchasing for years at this location. But today one of your employees with black hair and Indian i believe decided to call me disgusting things and names in her foreign language that I understood. She was very rude and started complaining about the amount of time my order was taking when all i ordered was a custom sandwich and 1 cookie. I was trying my best to remain calm and ignore it but I wasn’t able to take my mind off things after hours. This is unexceptionable and if I come back to this subway tomorrow and see the same worker with this same behavior you will be loosing a longtime customer!

The other day, I specifically requested the guy at the store to warm up my chocolate chip cookies. However, he simply put them in a takeout plastic bag without providing a cookie sleeve to heat them in the microwave. I immediately stopped him and asked him why he put my food in a random plastic bag. He had a rude attitude and said we had no more cookie sleeves, so I politely asked him to wrap my cookies in the wax paper. didn’t even have the subway on it. I was embarrassed and highly concerned because it was not only toxic but careless. Makes you wonder how they prep the food when you’re not looking.

So cheap, owner or manager indian lady stands there make sure workers dont add much to sandwich, and added a tin container to cover (which is illegal) service area so u won't know how much they jibed you. I paid $12 for empty sandwich with no sause ( i used my home sause) dry, no cyeese, never toasted and horrible, & when you call they dont answer the phone. absolutely the worst sandwich i ever had. They think people are stupis. I wish Subway can have supervisipn over chain. I will never go there again coz bunch of theives

Place is clean, but food is expensive. Paid $8.44 for breakfast, and I could get cheaper breakfast from deli. Computer is always slow. I had to wait 5-7 minutes for my order, even though I placed it online.

I never thought that I would enjoy the food so beautiful, nor the service so sophisticated, nor the atmosphere at this level
