I was having an amazing day getting my daily subway sandwich that i have been purchasing for years at this location. But today one of your employees with black hair and Indian i believe decided to call me disgusting things and names in her foreign language that I understood. She was very rude and started complaining about the amount of time my order was taking when all i ordered was a custom sandwich and 1 cookie. I was trying my best to remain calm and ignore it but I wasn’t able to take my mind off things after hours. This is unexceptionable and if I come back to this subway tomorrow and see the same worker with this same behavior you will be loosing a longtime customer!

The other day, I specifically requested the guy at the store to warm up my chocolate chip cookies. However, he simply put them in a takeout plastic bag without providing a cookie sleeve to heat them in the microwave. I immediately stopped him and asked him why he put my food in a random plastic bag. He had a rude attitude and said we had no more cookie sleeves, so I politely asked him to wrap my cookies in the wax paper. didn’t even have the subway on it. I was embarrassed and highly concerned because it was not only toxic but careless. Makes you wonder how they prep the food when you’re not looking.

So cheap, owner or manager indian lady stands there make sure workers dont add much to sandwich, and added a tin container to cover (which is illegal) service area so u won't know how much they jibed you. I paid $12 for empty sandwich with no sause ( i used my home sause) dry, no cyeese, never toasted and horrible, & when you call they dont answer the phone. absolutely the worst sandwich i ever had. They think people are stupis. I wish Subway can have supervisipn over chain. I will never go there again coz bunch of theives

Place is clean, but food is expensive. Paid $8.44 for breakfast, and I could get cheaper breakfast from deli. Computer is always slow. I had to wait 5-7 minutes for my order, even though I placed it online.

This location lacks customer service skills! They don't acknowledge your presence when you first come in and they are very rude! The staff here has an attitude as if they are not happy working here.
Dining-in hours are not the same as the open hours posted. An hour before closing, all the seats are put up on the tables, and you are not permitted to eat in - only take-out. They need to be clear on this. I like Subway, but this irked me. I left without ordering. Other times, I had to wait until the workers finished talking in the back to order food.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Their sandwiches have all the Sauces & Veggies asked for; BUT VERY LITTLE of the MEATS you WANTED!!! The photos I have attached below are in no way doctored; here's the trap, you can pick & choose SOOO many veggies and different sauces to put into the sandwich. BUT THAT is Exactly How They Try to FOOL You into thinking you got a truly good footlong sandwich; the BIG PROBLEM is VERY LITTLE MEAT!!! WILL MORE THAN LIKELY NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN; BAD CHEAP BIG CHEATERS!!!
