I want going to order online at Subways and then it says "this location is NOT accepting any order please try anther location. Then I went to see what is happening and it says it is closed. The notice says this "Due to unforeseen circumstance this Subway location is PERMANENTLY CLOSED! We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you!! Thank you for your buesines these last 3 years! Be Well!!

I used to go to this Subway/Café several times in 2005-2006 when I went to Kingsborough Community College, back then it was Subway/Grocery but the environment was comfortable and cozy so I enjoyed eating here after classes.

The staff is very lazy! They are just sitting on their phones! It's very dirty inside. Somebody spilled drink by the register, huge mess around it, nobody cares! The rest room is in mess! Two teenagers (workers) are behind the counter, doing nothing but just watching their phones. Ordered steak and cheese melt, the worker couldn't prepare it properly. Bad experience! This shift sucks!!!

I tried to use a coupon to get a sandwich only to be told that they don't take it. I never heard such a thing in my life. They are supposed to take it. what is the point of putting the coupons in a paper. I gave someone the coupons all the time for subway and he never said a word to me about them not taking it. They just want people to pay full price instead of saving which is not a bad thing.

The lady that looks like the manager she wear a different shirt from the other employees so I assume she is. It was there around 8 something in the morning. She is very disrespectful and always have an attitude for no reason. She is setting no example for the other employees. She doesn't give a warm welcoming its like the customers are bothering her. I should have been able to give this 5 garbage bin instead of one star. I've been going there for a while now and this is the attitude that she gives all the customer. And she is always rushing me to complete my order. Poor service.
bad, terrible customer service, the cashier is very disrespectful and she had a lot piercings on her face. i was scared one of them would fall in my food... she got an attitude because I asked her not to put vinger in my food. she kept talking over my food and then tried to fight me! i asked for a manager and there was no manger nor supervisor to resolve my issues.... they have poor customer service ....!don't go there!

Showed up on Wednesday June 16th at 6:40 pm to order food. Two employees were inside and motioned for me to leave since they already closed. Sign on door and website mentioned that they were open until 7pm that day.This happened at that location before.Will not return
