I personally prefer Subway over the burgers fast food. I just feel alright after, it taste good and they are quick.

But can you say the service was very good the sandwich was so so. I had a cheesesteak it didn't taste like cheese steak but it was okay. The cookies was very soft and it wasn't too sweet. And they don't have Pepsi Cola.

On Sunday, March 19, 2023, at 5:58 pm a criminal committed fraud with my stolen Subway Account information. They helped themselves to two separate orders on my account in the span of four minutes. Prior to the second order being placed, I called this Subway location in Brooklyn to report the criminal action. Unfortunately, despite calling at least eight or night times in a short period of time, the phone rang and went to voicemail and of course the voicemail message box was FULL.I contacted the Subway Manager Mr. Mohammed Alam via email. I told him exactly what I messaged above. He DID NOT even address the crime committed against me or the fact nobody in his store picked up the phone. Instead in a disrespectful and disgraceful fashion sent me a canned copy/paste message about fresh submarine sandwiches. Subway's lack of care or professionalism has lost a customer for LIFE. Needless to say I deleted the app and my credit card information. So while I’ve never received a messed up order or been treated rudely here, I HAVE seen it with other customers. The guy that’s there (orangish colored beard) has problems interacting with people.. It’s obvious that he HATES working there because he always has some level of attitude when you go there. Even now I was interested in getting a sandwich but see that they’re closed? At 4:30???? Yeah…. The sandwiches are alright but I have tasted better at other places… I really suggest getting someone else to work there to replace him (which I really hate saying because finding a job is not easy..) but the way he acts and occasionally treats people isn’t cool..

This subway is the worst one I’ve been too. They never seem to have the bread I ask for and their customer service is terrible! There should be no reason the worker should be asking me if I know how to read because I ask a simple question.

THE WORST Customer service at this location. There is a indian or arabic guy there who was extremely rude- he has orange in the bottom of his beard. He didnt greet me when I walked in, was a mute. Didnt look me in the eye, kept looking down like I wasnt there. When I had a question he pretended like he didnt hear me and I was the only customer there. Believe the bad reviews. Dont spend your money here for this lack of service. Put them out of business for the rudeness and disrespect of paying customers.

I went to this subway today to use a coupon and the server had the nerve to say they don’t accept coupons. I found this funny as two weeks ago I was able to use a coupon and multiple times throughout the year I’ve used a coupon. Will not be going back.
