the meal was ok, the service was not that good. The girl who prepared my sandwich was so impolite.I couldn’t heard her when she was telling me the ingredients so when I told her to repeat she got annoyed and started to prepare my meal with a bad attitude.

Beware, this location doesn't accept coupons. For me, in NYC with all the great hero/sandwich locations, why would I go for mediocre Subway for the same price? Not accepting their own coupon to entice me is a no-go. You're in Bensonhurst - Go to Johns on Stillwell for the best! or Panino Rustico, or Lioni, or even most pizzerias would be better than Subways. It just doesn't make sense to go here. The service is just okay, there's no atmosphere, they are very stingy with the ingredients - other Subways usually give the correct portions, but not this location - another star off for that. The food is not awful, but it's generic at best. I can only see going here if you're starving and right there, but it's not worth walking/driving to.

The portions are less than usual, compared to the subway near 25th ave. I ordered a small sandwich which took no more than 3 minutes but it was expensive since I had to tip too. Tipping should not be a thing on fast food restaurants. Pay the worker a proper wage so we don't have to expedite the tipping culture any further. The subway near 25th ave workers don't need or want your tips and the serving portions are pretty big too. My 6in sandwich was close to the price of a regular foot long without extra add on because of tips and taxes.

Today, 9/26 around 6:25 pm, the guy who was washing the floor left his mop and started doing sandwiches, not having his hands cleaned. When I pointed at that, the reaction was a bit nervous So, I hope that owners / managers would be able to check video cameras to verufy my words and take proper corrective measures. Thanks.
