I came in for the BOGO deal advertised on the Subway app and chose a location listed as participating. After driving 6 miles out of my way, the staff told me they don’t honor the deal—even though the app said otherwise. I was promised a refund in 5 days but never got it, and there’s no working customer support number to follow up. Total waste of time and money. Very disappointing experience.
Terrible spot. They can decide to take your online order if they feel like it. Do not trust them with online orders. They will not give you what you order.
Hope the manager sees this. I ordered the Doritos footlong nachos and the worker there put the nachos in a long cardboard box and stuck it in the oven. I don't think cardboard box and ovens go together. the box came out burnt.

Just put the nachos on the tray or in oven proof microwave proof bowl or something. Not cardboard
Great service. Great food. They work close with the app. The best in Bay Ridge. They always contact you if any changes. That’s how you do the business right! Thank you!
Horrible if the manager seeing this because she said she is the manger of this location i always had an issue with Chinese of how difficult and bad customer service they have!! She didn’t even try to act like a manager
Horrible customer service and the Asian lady always rations every ingredient like she owns the store. Ordered chicken teriyaki and she literally counted every chicken. Definitely not going back to this location.
The restaurant was clean and bright. Even the sandwich was neat and made very well. The chips were all stocked. The veggie display was immaculate and looked fresh. The female hostess was nice and courteous. We eat at a lot of Subway restaurants as we travel the country so this was very noticeable. We will definitely visit again if afforded the opportunity.
I placed an order—Smokey turkey sandwich with everything and honey mustard. I also ordered meatball sandwich with provolone and Parmesan cheese. I did not get ANY of it. Please see the attached pictures. This is DISGUSTING. The employee from subway refused to correct the order and deliver it. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

LILY WAS ABSOLUTELY THE NICEST AND MOST HELPFUL EMPLOYEE IVE EVER DEALT WITH AT SUBWAYS. I ASKED FOR A SPECIAL REQUEST AND ALL SHE DID WAS SMILE AND SAY NO PROBLEM. IN GENERAL HER ATTITUDE WAS POSITIVE AND WELCOMING. THANK YOU LILY FOR MAKING ME FEEL GOOD WHILE DINING AT YOUR

this is subway is one of the better franchise's. clean and deli food looks fairly fresh.. the bread is a different story, not sure if the young ladies back there are cooking the bread correctly, seems very doughy. the older woman is very nice; tell the young ladies to smile a bit.

I asked for japanelos and they put pickles in my sandwich. Staff needs to learn the names of food ingredients.
Refused to honor coupon offered by Subway itself. A virtual one, that was applied and the order was processed. Cancelled the order on me.
