Location is convenient and seems clean. However, there are clearly some issues with the customer service. Ordered for pickup through the app and they got the bread wrong, and gave less than requested for amount of toppings. I left feedback via Subwayâs website, and it seems like someone from their store has reached out to me shortly afterwards with the following email. No apology provided, just this:
âWe donât give extra toppings for any orders that are using a coupon code especially a BOGO. That is just the store policy. The bread was an oversight.

I placed an order online today because there was a promotion that said 20% off subway sandwichâs when ordering online. I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches and 1 6in sandwich and a churro. My total was 27.32. I paid through Apple Pay and looking at my charges it said it was approved but I didnât get an order number or receipt. So I decided to go in since I was parked outside. I went in to ask for help. This lady was there and I told her âHi I placed an order online l paid with Apple Pay and it said approved for my transaction. She literally told me no no order and I said oh okay because it says approved on my end. I couldnât even finish my sentence and she said no come look at my computer if you want. I just think it couldâve been handled differently. She was rude. I just wanted clarification so i could know if I should place the order again.

Manager ruins the store complains about getting refills on the drinks you paid for and even accuses you of stealing after you order chips too. Very schizo go to the other subways in the area

The sandwich that the Asian lady made today was perfect. it had the perfect amount of meat, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. It was delicious.

I asked for guacamole, after the guy puts in on the sandwich, he says âoops that was too muchâ and scrapes some off just to throw it out. If you get the guy with glasses serving you, good luck.
