My wife told them that the soda machine isn't working right because her pepsi tasted mostly like seltzer. They were not respectful. They told her she was wrong and they have CO2 tanks so thats impossible. My wife worked in the food industry before and knows that more pepsi syrup was needed. I also tasted it and it did not taste right. They basically told her to get out, there is nothing they can do. This is not professional behavior. Will not be eating subway at this location again and will let everyone I know to do the same.

I thoroughly enjoyed the quick customer service, the clean atmosphere, and the incredibly kind employees. Delicious warm food! I’ll definitely be returning to this store when I’m in this mall. Thanks a lot!

I ordered sandwiche at 3:30 PM on March 21, 2025. The black lady didn’t inform me that the fountain drink is out of service when I paid for a meal. She asked me to take a bottle drink at the register. I didn’t know that fountain drink is out of service. So I asked nicely for a cup. The way she replied was rude! I always eat subway when I shop King Plaza. But I will not buy anything from that subway anymore.

Service was alright everyone seems to be in training. However my BMT had one layer of meat, one layer of cheese and my 3 favorite fixings. I couldn't taste my sandwich only the bread. Bread choices were slimmed down. The servings were cheapen, my sandwich was a joke.

I just visited this location on 12/17/24 around 9:27 pm, as they were closing up. The employee who was ringing up on the register while also cleaning the tables (who I assume was the manager) displayed excellent customer service. Not just with me but with the two customers in front of me as well. He even took the time to explain the subway app and the many deals they have going on, most of which I already knew. I just really appreciated the effort and recommendations so late at night. I didn’t get his name but good service should always be highlighted and recognized

I came today to get a vegetarian sandwich and I asked for flat bread. I also had the same lunch yesterday without issue. Today I had the worst employee customer service experience ever. There is a woman, heavy set light complexion who doesn't speak clearly. She had a puss face on the whole time as she made my sandwich and refused to make it has I asked her because she claimed that subway sandwich policy is that my bread couldn't be toasted. I said I was confused about why this was and she stated that it was a "special" bread. I told her I had this same sandwich the day before without a problem. I have seen this worker before. She has always be unpleasant. She doesn't make eye contact and when she is asked a question she mumbles a response if at all. Overall just disappointed by this experience and bad customer service.

Idk why the lady with the headphones always be giving mad attitude I asked for the subway cookie she stared at me with a disgusted face I think she wanted the last cookie because her big back ahh couldn’t handle me ordering it I ate the last one that’s why she was mad don’t come here

The black lady working in the morning shift with the headphones has the worst attitude possible! She served me like she was held at gunpoint and was very rude with her tone. She gave me nasty looks to. Don’t come to this location. Spend your money elsewhere!
