People please do not go to this Subway on Pitkin Ave and Sutter. My friend went here for a sandwich and got food poisoning. He was vomiting for days shortly after eating his sandwich. I went yesterday and got a tuna sandwich, thinking it would be ok. When I went back to work the bread was hard and stale. I couldn't even eat the sandwich. I couldn't go back because I was working. So when I went after work the young man and his boss argued with me telling me it was my fault and that I should have bought it right back. How is it my fault when they made the sandwich I explained to him that I work and could not come back so I'm here now. They continued to argue with me and speaking in their language. Totally rude! Please people Do Not go to Subway!!! The picture is a roast beef they were selling making sandwiches to sell. ☠️ Look at the picture and tell me what is wrong with this meat ???Save yourself we only live once and they do not care !!!

Employees were chatting when I arrived at 9:19 and instead of opening the door, one of them (the one in the first clip, moving behind the booth) got up and turned off the “Open” sign, indicating that they’re closed. Mind you, they close at 10pm. I would understand if it was 9:30, or even 9:45. But 9:19?Ridiculous. Subway has people who are not customer friendly owning their franchises and it’s ruining their brand.

I order online and always add more meat and vegetables with extra charges. Also, add some tips for sandwich artists before checking out. It seems there is no difference when I got it. Just don't pay extra and order regular or order somewhere else. I will never order again from this subway again.

Food is not fresh. I work in the area and ate there a few times and each time the food taste old. I manage a fast food restaurant I know what I’m taking about. And this location doesn’t sell the soups, both broccoli & cheddar and chicken noodle. The workers are very kind & keeps the store clean, just wish the food was as good as the employees.
