Today was an extremely unsatisfactory shift. One small sandwich order took 25 minutes to prepare.
Two employees were working in the kitchen, performing their duties incredibly slowly, like sleepy flies!!! Couriers shouldn't have to wait for orders for so long. This directly affects the quality of service and delivery rating.
Request to management: Please address the organization of work during the night shift and take action. The company earns money thanks to the couriers, and such delays are unacceptable. Deal with your employees, this is a disgrace.

They move mostly on time and efficiently. Mostly people keep to themselves and on their phones. Occasionally there is some entertainment like a singer or dancer. A good place for people watching!

Veggies not fresh and staff were talking in their native language instead of english and when i asked to change the gloves they talked something in their native language. I was there around 2:45 pm today

You ask for double meat and you will receive…no meat? Except for bacon. I ordered a BMT with bacon and double meat and I swear I only got bacon. I paid 15 dollars for bacon. On Monday I am calling my bank and disputing this charge and am legit so angry.

Unfortunate experience. I asked for a half and chips they gave me a full sandwich for $15. It was already made so I said I’ll just take it, but tried to ask if I can at least have chips and they said “no, only combo.” I asked if I could just pay the difference… and they’re going to tell me no? They lost a customer.
