Their service is bad people barely come in their to order food from them, they have bad service and i definitely don’t recommend them, talking about some no outside food allowed who do you think you is, I literally was minding my business you gonna tell why what to bring or what not to bring, man please.. I come there everyday to let my lil brother eat whatever he’s eating and I will eat too I will eat what I bought so don’t come and tell me no outside food allowed, because there was no sign in your subway about that, and that’s not a rule. So I don’t care period.

My daughter went to pick up my sandwich which i ordered and paid for through the app. They called AND updated me in the app stating my order was ready for pick up. Only for my daughter to get to the restaurant and the order wasn’t even started. I literally could have gotten my order the old school way by just going in the store and join the line since my daughter still had to wait. And the guy had the nerve to ask her for ID for fear of scam.

They never have any of the specialty treats in stock and they consistently close early! If you advertise online that you close at 10pm, I should be able to walk in at 945pm and get a meal. You should not be mopping and the doors should not be locked!!!

One of the most disgusting stores I’ve ever been in. The floors were nasty, the customer service was appalling they need to close this store.
Very bad customer service! The man there canceled my order for pickup then when I got there to ask him why my order was canceled he gave me some ridiculous excuse.

Arrived at 8:45 on a Sunday, more than an hour before the listed closing time. Door was locked. I could see the employee behind the counter (short woman, black hair), so I knocked. We made eye contact, I signaled her to open the door, but she ignored me and disappeared to the back. I left to another nearby Subway, that one was also locked before the closing time.It's one thing to want to close at night on a weekend, but at least update your store hours to reflect this so potential customers don't waste the time on the trip. I can even understand locking up a few minutes early, but well over an hour before is ridiculous. I'd be absolutely shocked if these two locations are even remotely turning a profit in a neighborhood so saturated with superior delicatessens.

I did pickup and the manager was asking me for ID when I'm a teenager to get my own sandwich and made a whole fit about it I don't recommend it because he treats the other workers terribly I showed him the order number and my name and he still didn't believe it I don't recommend because the manager is very disrespectful and made my mother upset and it charged my mother card so it got me even more upset
