I walked into the store with the understanding that it would have been a quick service, because no one but myself, as a customer, was in the store. However, I was never acknowledged until about 2 minutes after the person behind the counter finish loading the coin machine. He then went straight for the gloves, at which point I asked him to wash his hands before touching the gloves. He did apologize, washed his hands, and made my sandwich. I must say he gave good portion of meat and salad choices...good portion of the dressing and at the end was very pleasant and apologize again for me waiting.

I went here twice, the first day on a Friday next Saturday. I ordered the tuna deal. The lady arguing with me telling me it’s not Friday therefore I can’t get that deal it, but it was Friday then she's saying how she thought it was Monday. Then I came in on the Saturday the same lady with the glasses was there the door was open it was five minutes after the opening time the lady is telling me get out they're not open yet, And that they open at 9am. Which I proceed to tell her the sign on the door says that they open at 8 AM and she had to continue to have an attitude saying they're not open yet Very rude and unprofessional and she makes the place look unorganized.

First and last time ordering from this Subway. They called me to “check” my order — fine. I show up 20 minutes later, and it’s not even started.

To top it off, the guy refuses to hand it over without an ID. Where is that in Subway’s policy? Disgraceful service, even by Brooklyn standards.

I'm tired of this place. I can't wait until they shut them down.. I should contact the health department & see what's they do. They are very racist, sexist, disrespectful & inconsiderate. They are rude to their customers & i don't know how they are still here.

Their service is bad people barely come in their to order food from them, they have bad service and i definitely don’t recommend them, talking about some no outside food allowed who do you think you is, I literally was minding my business you gonna tell why what to bring or what not to bring, man please..
I come there everyday to let my lil brother eat whatever he’s eating and I will eat too I will eat what I bought so don’t come and tell me no outside food allowed, because there was no sign in your subway about that, and that’s not a rule. So I don’t care period.

My daughter went to pick up my sandwich which i ordered and paid for through the app. They called AND updated me in the app stating my order was ready for pick up. Only for my daughter to get to the restaurant and the order wasn’t even started. I literally could have gotten my order the old school way by just going in the store and join the line since my daughter still had to wait. And the guy had the nerve to ask her for ID for fear of scam.

They never have any of the specialty treats in stock and they consistently close early! If you advertise online that you close at 10pm, I should be able to walk in at 945pm and get a meal. You should not be mopping and the doors should not be locked!!!
