Absolutely horrendous service at this subway location. An Asian man was working two days ago at around 8pm who rudely yelled at me that he does not accept the subclub sandwich deals on the app, and promptly cancelled my order. I googled it and it seems as though corporate has ordered all subway franchise owners to accept coupons regardless of personal preference as of dec 2023, so I’m confused as to what his issue is. Regardless, he was very disrespectful and should be fired.

Placed a mobile order for sandwich of the day combo plus added for a dollar the promotional happy gilmore cup . Go there to pick up the order and 1 employee from the back runs to front and takes back the cup and says I can't buy it . Was literally yelling at me while her coworker is telling her im entitled to it and paid for it . Its mind blowing how unfriendly and nasty these employees are working there. We pay for our food. Your not giving it to us free. I wish I would had filmed it so owner and corporate would see the treatment we are getting with our orders lately from this store. Hopefully others see this and go to the other subways in our area and skips this one.
