Shitty place. The guy canceled my order while I was on my way. Manager alex wieaa, said he won’t honor any deals from the app, even though his location is one of the participating stores for the deals , otherwise they don’t go through.

This is by far my favorite subway in bay ridge. The shop seems to be family run, with super kind and helpful employees. Only after a few visits they remembered my order. They always provide a good amount of toppings and their station always looks clean with fresh produce. Additionally, they give out complimentary cookies. Overall, I have never had a bad experience or sandwich from here.

I just want to say how absolutely amazing this location is. My partner and I come here often, and they always know our order by heart and treat us with kindness! The food has been incredibly tasty every time, my favorite subway location for sure.

The place is so cute!!! The workers were so friendly and so helpful!!! It been a while since I’ve been to a subway so the workers were really helpful to help me ordering. Very patient and caring. Even gave me a free cookie!!! 10/10 <3

This is not just about whether you can honor your BOGO promotion or not. Saying that you don’t allow anyone to stay in your establishment without purchasing something is just an excuse to justify treating someone poorly. The place wasn’t even full, and there’s no way you were going to lose a significant number of customers in just four minutes.
It wasn’t about the policy—it was about the way he was treated. It was clearly discrimination. Publicly humiliating someone in front of others is not ethical and should never be tolerated. In every other fast-food chain I’ve been to, I’ve always had enough time to decide what to order without being treated unfairly.

First off, I would like to start by saying that the employees here are truly the best! The customer service is amazing, it’s always so clean, and they make your sandwiches with love. They’ll even toss in some free cookies for you! I’ve been to a lot of Subway’s and this one is always the best one! You guys are amazing.

This subway is by far the biggest location I’ve seen. Not only do they have many tables to sit at , it is also a very clean store. The workers are also really kind and friendly. Highly recommend!
