I haven't been to Sugarcane in years, went to a concert at the Barclay's, and decided to sit down for dinner and drinks before the show. We ended up at Sugarcane, almost forgot how small and cozy this place was. The got seated in 10 minutes last min on a Sat night was great. Went a week after the grand re opening. Place gets crowded fast after 5:30 so it’s a good idea to try and go early. They were short staff which caused drinks and food to take a while to come out. There was one person at the door, one bringing out food and one making drinks…for the whole restaurant. We had two orders of wings and fries but only one came out.
