Joe and Dante bother to know their regulars in a way that's not common anymore, and they're delightful each.
They only reason I gave 4 stars for Atmosphere is that it can get tight inside when Packer students are there for lunch. Even then, they're as friendly and quick as ever.
And start here before trying anywhere else for a BEC.

Closes two hours early randomly. Not good enough food to be worth walking to just for it to be closed when you get there. Also dirty inside.
Discovered Sunny Deli after a year of living down the block. Best spot in the neighborhood for breakfast sandwiches. Coffee and other sandwiches are great too.
