I walk in. 4 workers looking at me. I get to the register. None stopped to greet me. Waited there 30 seconds after being ignored and walked out. They didnt even stop me.
You can guess what complexion I am. And why I didnt receive service.
Additional information; If everyone could see the video, 5 employees. None greet the customer. And no one addressed the customer. No one at the counter. And the mystery person did even say a word to stop me from walking out the door. Post the video so all can see. Terrible customer service. I stand by this statement.

This review is for the wonderful employee, Qandeel. I visited this place on the night before Labor Day. Even though it was late on a Sunday night before a holiday the place was bustling with delivery orders and dine-in customers.
Despite the busy atmosphere Qandeel was incredibly helpful and patiently answered all my questions, even encouraging me to ask as many as I needed. She never showed any signs of frustration and efficiently handled her other tasks as well. I was so impressed by her exceptional service that I asked for her name so I could write a review.
I've lived in this neighborhood for a while but only came here about once a year. After this experience I've decided to visit more often.

always a good experience, all food is good there, even if you’re trying something new or highly suggested.. very clean and safe when it comes to making ur food. they care about ur allergies. delivery nice as well! no matter the time u order, food is fresh and hot made w care. customer service great. great place to sit n eat day time and late night munchies

EVERYTIME I called the workers hung up on me, sometimes answering and leaving me on hold, sometimes answering then hanging up immediately. At one point, they answered screamed at me and then hung up the phone. Then every time it rang, they would answer and hang up answer and hang up.After one night ordering over the phone and them forgetting my juice and flan, I called to order it again (happy to pay delivery again) but they just kept hanging up on my number and it's been like this ever since. Tonight I was on hold for 10 minutes before calling from my brother's phone and then answering in an instant and taking the order. The morning staff is absolutely amazing, but whoever is working at night needs to be fired. The guy and the girl that works at the counter because they're evil individuals that should not be in customer service.
