The atmosphere is mediocre could look better, but that’s not why I went there. I will say what their menu has is a good variety of thing. But being curious myself, I went for a prosciutto and mortadella on a roll. The presentation was fine. It was as I would expect nothing flashy but definitely presentable for eating it. It was great the first half and then upon further inspection The second half of the sandwich has many little pieces of plastic on it from the mortadella and prosciutto. There was a little too no precaution taken to prepare my roll. The place is OK to eat at. I just wouldn’t go out of my way to eat any cold cuts from here.

Just pick up breakfast at 5:00 am, 08/28/25 it seems to me this people can't get it straight on the orders, I park in front of my job, ready to have breakfast and there's no utensils, so I had to pull out my knife and eat with that, very disappointed, will not be ordering from this place anymore.

Came from tiktok, plenty of other bagel shops in the area that’re wayyy nicer and don’t bully other vendors. YOU’RE IN SUNSET. A diverse community…do better.

The bagels were okay but the best experience was how welcoming and absolutely hilarious the bearded italian guy was. Man needs a raise or something because he's the reason Ill come back

A pretty nice neighborhood diner. People who work here are friendly and kind. Typical dinner food, with big well-chopped salads, good soups and pretty good hamburgers. Onion rings are yummy!

Everytime I called to place an order I was put on hold, waited about 15 mins on HOLD so I had no other choice to go in person come to find out there was only 1GUY IN THE FRONT WORKING ALONE. He would pick up the phone and say please hold and work solely on in person orders. Not the employees fault, understandable but this is for the management, If you’re going to operate a 24 hr deli then do better and make sure you have enough people instead of harassing small business owners trying to make a living.

At 2:30am I put in an order for 3 items , one was a smoothie and the other two , a bagel and burger . The smoothie never was received and they also told me , I couldn’t get a refund . They also offered to have the smoothie delivered and then said that deliver driver , said that my address was too far . I only live 10 minutes away . And also I ordered through DoorDash. The woman who works the phone overnight is very rude and needs to be FIRED . 3/31/25 , whoever works around the time of 2am , very inadequate, unprofessional and vulgar .

Food here is WAY too expensive. I've ordered from this spot for a long time, because they are one of the few spots open 24/7, not because I like the spot. Most of the people here are cordial, and some of them are really nice. The staff isn't my problem. These prices are absurd though. The store does alot of things as well that are just very anti customer. Examples:
You can't order a burger on a bagel online. This is literally a bagel store. All the offered sandwiches should come on burgers.

Speaking of the burgers, one of the things i HATE the most is the inability to order a burger without fries. It's like the store wants you to throw 15$ on a burger and to justify that, they make you get fries.

I used to order the lox here alot, and it has always been pricey, which I can accept, because it is lox, but I have just watched the portion you get on a sandwich dwindle from like 3/4 of a ince of lox to like 2 slices of lox. Which happened while the price increased.
The lox costs like 16$. It's ridiculous to pay 16$ and not get a decent portion of lox on a bagel. I've noticed many more stores doing this. I eventually had to stop getting the lox bagel, as it was horrible value.

I've even noticed the bagels themselves getting smaller, again, while prices rise.

The prices rise, the product gets worse and while the redesign of the store looks nice, I'm certain that pretty much all of your customers would've preferred that capital go into investment to keep your prices reasonable. I used to hate coming here because I knew I was being robbed blind, and i thought it would behoove you to know this as I'm sure many of your customers feel similarly.
