I just ordered 2 soup's for take out and got home and the soups are ice cold. Are they so lazy they can’t even heat up soup? Will never order from there again.

I’ve been here multiple times and the quality of the food is always spot on. The food here is fresh and full of flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and everything tastes amazing. The atmosphere is clean, relaxed, and comfortable, even during busy hours. Staff are friendly, quick, and make the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend if you’re into places that serve legit, satisfying food.

Best bagel spot in bayridge! variety of lunch and breakfast!! fresh bagels everyday and good desserts and fresh fruit salad! Try their Hangover Juice too with two cubes of ice, AMAZING!!
The young guy in the register was too busy talking to one of his friends instead of focusing on taking my order correctly. I get home and none of my food is correct for example I ordered Buffalo wings and I got Plain wings then the rest of my food was all wrong. I have been to other sunset bagels and their service was excellent but not this one I rather travel and go to the other locations.

Very interesting bagel spot. The service was superb. The service person was professional and quick. Knew everything that I asked. I felt that the sales attendant is proud of the place of work because the enthusiasm was there and no question that I asked seemed to irritate and annoy. I really felt great placing and waiting for the order because of the welcoming tone of the sales rep. 5 stars all around. Although one thing concerns me, which is the "flagel." The sales person told me it is a flat version of the bagel. We'll... It looks like a regular bagel that someone sat on. Please don't sit on my bagels. Thanks. Otherwise it was delicious regardless of the fact that probably the entire crew took turns sitting on my bagel to give it that flagel flatness. Not cool, not cool. The walnut raisin cream cheese was the savior of the sat on bagel flagel. But yeah, stop sitting on my bagels. ?

Ash the manager is extremely rude!!!! They gave me a salad that’s temperature was very hot and nasty!!! For $20 for the smallest bowl!!!! The manager was very rude and gave a horrible attitude, 0/10
