I usually love this shop but omg … we’re in NYC why in the world am I being charged $11 for a honey turkey sandwich with just meat on it? Everyone knows that these sandwiches come with other toppings, but if I select those toppings such as cheese I get charged more when in person the toppings are free? My goodness get it together just robbing people blindly

I've been going here a while, and I slowly noticed that the frequency of order errors increased. Additionally, the food quality seemed to decline, and the customer service has gone down.
I placed an order tonight just to receive, yet again, a wrong order.... something preset on their menu. I feel like I'm regularly disappointed by inattentive servers, and have been receiving subpar service as of late.

This place has got to be the worst place in all.of Brooklyn, New York. I asked female if they have good chicken cutlet prepared today and she lied straight out Hard old thin cutlet i asked for Peppershe gives me Salt. I ordered extra Mayonnaise!! She had no Mayor on Garlic Bagel Stay away? You will.be disappointed here !!!!!!

I like this business. We order food from here almost.daily. The food is good, which is why we come back. However, I always select add utensils and lately they never do! We spend about $50 -70. Why can't you add the utensils? It's Christmas and we are not in a place where we have utensils for our breakfast. Not for our oatmeal or even our fresh drinks have no straws. Please pay attention to the requests. Thank you.

I placed my order online an hour in advance, expecting a smooth pickup. Yet I still had to wait 40 minutes after arriving. The delay was frustrating and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I hope this can be addressed to improve future service.
Poor service overall. The phone operator is horrible, unprofessional, poor time management , hold time is extremely long. Sometimes they don't answer the phone at all. Orders always missing something. They charge extra fees for delivery and request a tip and up charge on everything. Over 1 hr delivery for 3 blocks away. One time they forgot. I got my order 4hrs later. Another time is was sent 2 hrs later with no utensils to eat it. Pricey compared to other deli sandwich shops. Frequent change over of staff and their mistakes makes me scared for my health. Don't let the trendy painted interior fool you. Poorly operated. I don't order from there anymore. Sad because I would spend $40 a day for my work lunch and that doesn't even matter to them.

This was my first time visiting Sunset Bagel, and I had such a great experience! I ordered an egg and cheese with mayo, ketchup, lettuce, and tomato, as well as a chicken panini. Both were delicious and fresh. The place itself is very nice, clean, and welcoming. The customer service was excellent—friendly and helpful, which made my visit even better. Overall, I really enjoyed my first time here and will definitely be coming back!
