I placed my order online an hour in advance, expecting a smooth pickup. Yet I still had to wait 40 minutes after arriving. The delay was frustrating and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I hope this can be addressed to improve future service.

Poor service overall. The phone operator is horrible, unprofessional, poor time management , hold time is extremely long. Sometimes they don't answer the phone at all. Orders always missing something. They charge extra fees for delivery and request a tip and up charge on everything. Over 1 hr delivery for 3 blocks away. One time they forgot. I got my order 4hrs later. Another time is was sent 2 hrs later with no utensils to eat it. Pricey compared to other deli sandwich shops. Frequent change over of staff and their mistakes makes me scared for my health. Don't let the trendy painted interior fool you. Poorly operated. I don't order from there anymore. Sad because I would spend $40 a day for my work lunch and that doesn't even matter to them.

This was my first time visiting Sunset Bagel, and I had such a great experience! I ordered an egg and cheese with mayo, ketchup, lettuce, and tomato, as well as a chicken panini. Both were delicious and fresh. The place itself is very nice, clean, and welcoming. The customer service was excellent—friendly and helpful, which made my visit even better. Overall, I really enjoyed my first time here and will definitely be coming back!

This review is only after my 20th incorrect order. Used to be good but downhill. There are no other stores around so I ordered here after I was desperate. Paid extra for toppings that never come. If you order frieds they don’t bother to send ketchup and that’s a disgrace after spending so much plus tipping.
Nina is a great worker.. she's patient and calm and sweet. Multitasking she definitely has ot downpacked.

Can't say enough great things. Everything they make is a hit. They've clearly got high standards for food and service, I love this crew. I, myself got a blt and I didn't even need to mention to make sure the bacon is crispy, every strip of bacon was cooked to absolute crispy perfection. Without burning. Friggin' yum
