This is my 1st time stepping into this establishment. Upon walking in, I found that the place was clean & the staff was friendly & accommodating.
The food was good, but nothing that separates it from its competition. I ordered a toasted sesame seed bagel with lox spread. The lox spread was ok. Tasted like traditional lox spread but the bagel was not toasted at all. I still gave 5 stars for food bc it was still a good bagel and everything else was on point.

Ordered over the phone. Excellent service and delivery was right on time. Coffee, bagels, fruit salad, muffins and coffee cakes. All the fixings to go with it. I even called back to thank them for the great service. Booking them for my next breakfast party.

This bagel store is 24 hours. The bagels are amazing. That cold cuts are amazing. The employees are amazing. It’s always spotless. I have to tell you I got out of my way to come here and it’s a pleasure.. They have real hashbrowns to put on your sandwich. They serve you with a smile. They have sit down if you choose I have never had a problem here…. Close to this place for an amazing sandwich

I arrived at this place and was told to wait “1 minute.” Everyone seemed busy preparing food, so I waited patiently. After about 10 minutes, another customer walked in, and they took his order first while completely ignoring me. This was my first time here, and I thought I’d give it a try. When I confronted the man at the counter, he just told me to “wait,” which made me even more upset. I walked out and will never return. Terrible service that doesn’t deserve anyone’s money.

I usually order from the other super popular location on 49th street and 5th ave, but as I came out the 36th street train station I noticed this location “946 4th ave” and Boy am I glad I did 😊 I went in to see if there was any difference and all I can say is the food is just as Great if not better and the staff is remarkably kind and wonderfully Attentive. The atmosphere is just perfect! Ac was pumping and the place looked absolutely Spotless , so much so I assumed they just opened meanwhile this lil Gem has been around for many years. I will definitely be back Soon!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Big thanks 🙏🏼 to the entire team for making us all feel right at home ❣️❣️❣️

Gets my order wrong EVERY TIME! Doesn’t matter what I order, every time they miss something or give me a different item. Also takes a long time to make the food and the food isn’t even that good! Mediocre at best. The food is overpriced for its taste.

Great place to eat. Went and had breakfast and they didn’t miss. The service was fast and the people there are nice. Food is good as well. Their smoothies are really goood. But don’t believe me, go try it for yourself. Did i mention how good the food was?
Edit: i had to check it out again to make sure i wasn’t just hungry because as you know, everything tastes better when you are hungry. I kid you not, it tasted even better the second time. I had mexican omelette with bacon tomato onions jalapeño added to it with mozzarella in a plain bagel toasted with butter with a small strawberry lemonade. Brothers and sisters, GO TRY THIS PLACE OUT. You will not be disappointed. And that’s coming from a picky reviewer. (Ok less ice in the lemonade next time but it was good so i ain’t gonna say too much about it). Check them out and let me know what yall think.
