I have been dining at or ordering out from Yashin since it first opened. The quality has gone down. A spicy tuna hand roll looked like a seaweed burrito, the seaweed was gummy instead of crispy, and overwrapped like a stuffed grape leaf. The sushi mixture inside was bright orange and did not taste of tuna. There was no rice. I threw it out. My partner and I had gas and nausea for 24 hours after dining here, having eaten several combo rolls as well. I can no longer recommend. :(

The worst, most bland ramen I’ve ever had. I’m extremely disappointed in the ramen I just got. The broth is horrible and entire thing is flavorless. I am throwing the entire thing in the trash. Money completely wasted. Will never order from here again. So pissed. I was craving ramen all day only to get a bowl that taste terrible.
The Sushi is amazing and the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. It's a lovely place.
Real quality. I’m a sushi chef and these guys are really skilled.

I really like the sushi here. I go there for the lunch special and it never disappoints.

Got food poisoning from one of their rolls
Absolutely loved the sushi here! The pieces were generous, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Each roll was big and packed with high-quality ingredients — you can really taste the difference. Great value and amazing flavor. Highly recommend

A great sushi restaurant that excels most of all with quality of food. The place is small but friendly, and a bar in front of the chefs to get serious about your sushi. All about the quality of sushi (for the price) and side dishes.

Sushi was fresh and yummy. I ordered delivery through Grubhub and the order is delivered by the restaurant. The delivery person texted me AND called me to ask for tips. Then, sent a distasteful message calling me “not a good person”. Tips should be given based on performance after I received the order. The restaurant should either educate their delivery person on how tips work or pay them a living wage so they don’t need to depend on tips. I will not be ordering from here again.

They can be really good, but also very inconsistent. This was our go to takeout sushi in the area, but it’s hit or miss unfortunately.

Not sure what happened to Sushi Yasin. The quality of the food has declined significantly over the past three years. The portions are much smaller and the sushi is not as fresh as it once was. We spent $125 on lunch for three people and left hungry and unsatisfied.

I ordered delivery once and specified no knocking as I’m in the middle of a meeting. Immediately after the order was placed I also received a message saying tip in cash. I had already tip on grubhub. I don’t have time for this back and forth. When he arrived he proceeded to bang, yes bang not knocking, for a solid 3-5 minutes. On and off. I believe they deliver their own orders.
The food was ok so i decided to dine in this time. The food was in fact just ok. I ordered a chirashi bowl this time. Something about the fish just doesn’t taste the freshest. The tamago egg had a strange yellow hue to it.. service was nearly nonexistent.
I think you should always feel confident and comfortable to eat raw fish at a sushi restaurant. I did not feel confident about it eating here.
