This was my first time going and I wanted to support a B.O. business. The inside is small and a bit outmoded. I had the egg scramble. The grits were good, the eggs were delicious, the potatoes were ok and the turkey sausages were disgusting! It was a live Dj there and he was playing my kind of music 90s- 00s). When I received my bill, I was charged a non-discount fee, that I was not told about and 20 % gratuity. Can someone tell me what is a non-discount fee? ???
My date and I were cruising around looking for a bar to dive into. Found this spot. Music and DJ were lit, even tho it was only like 4-6 ppl there while we were there(8:30 - 9pm). The food was delicious. I had the stuffed plantain w/o cheese, and my date had the fish and chips. Fish was fried to golden perfection, and the fries were seasoned and had a great crunch to em. This place is off the hook. I can't even explain how good the drinks are "OHH MY GOD".The service was great. The DJ was banging. The price for the drinks and meals was very reasonable. I hope it stays that way. I'm definitely coming back again and again..
