This place is tiny but cute. The food was okay. I didn’t really like my salad. There just really wasn’t much to it. I personally don’t like arugula which is the lettuce that was used but it’s the only option of 3 salads that were to my liking. I wish they had better options for salads. My boyfriend’s meal was good though. The fries he got were delicious. The chicken was pretty good. I would come back and try it again.

The food was pretty good & nice setting. But as far as the etiquette & customer service was whack. This was me & my bf first time here, so we were skeptical regarding order to be sure we sure, we wasn’t aware there was a back side of the menu. So after we placed our order, I wanted to change it. I’ve been in fast food I do understand sometimes that is aggravating when someone changes their order, but there’s a way you go about it and to NOT show that your annoyed with a customer because they wanted to changed their order. If I was informed upfront there was another menu on the back I would’ve initially ordered but like I said bad customer service. Then, after 20 mins I asked another waiter nicely, do you know how long the wait would be ? Since it’s just chicken and fries and waffles, she said I’ll check for you but you changed your order. When I hear her go ask regarding my order, the server Najee goes “she changed her order so” basically stating I shouldn’t be asking since I changed. His attitude was just disgusting & proving what people say about the LGBY community , just another stereotype of them. Moreless , the food was good but the customer service could definitely be improved. They act like they serving chicken in the hood or something .

I'm here visiting. First time trying Sweet Chick. I doordashed to my hotel and they sent us one fork and one little thing of butter with what was clearly two meals. From that standpoint, the service sucks.

Went there on a Thursday for a late brunch with my brother for his birthday. The food was amazing, everything tasted great and comforting, it felt like a warm hug. The vibe and the staff were also great. Last time I ate there was over 5 years ago so glad to see that the food is still great.

Went there Friday and Saturday 12/19/25 - 12/20/25 to try out there food and man do you get what you pay for! The food was cooked well and the severs were friendly and courteous and engaging! One them like my Naruto beanie and we talked about the show and who our favorite characters were. Overall, this is the best place if you want brunch and not want to go to iHop if you're in the mood for some waffles, pancakes and other breakfast delicacies!

P.S. Whoever makes the mashed potatoes deserve a raise, seriously! My mouth was in heaven when I tried it!

Best chicken and waffle in nyc and that’s not an exaggeration! I ordered the buffalo flavored chicken tenders and my friends ordered the original wing and breast. Both taste amazing. You can tell the chicken parts have been properly seasoned before they were cooked, and the waffles are so light in flavor with crispy edges. The servers are very attentive and it’s such a laid back vibe to kick off your weekend.

I used to come here when I was fresh out of HS. and it’s STILL Good after so many years opened. Which is a bonus because usually restaurants go down. Service was QUICK and pleasant. Only thing I noticed the bartenders cursed a lot and loudly. Personally not a fan but to each own.

Ordered chicken and waffles and the Sweet chilli aioli chicken sandwich (I think name) juicy, crunchy, perfect.

Atmosphere was calm, nothing extraordinary, I think the other locations were prettier for a date night but this spot was chill.

Amazing food, the best fried chicken ever—extra crispy. They also have the best carrot pancake stack; it was incredible. Employees are all professional, friendly, and provide great hospitality.

Small lil' Chicken place. We got buffalo wings and soy honey garlic tenders - both delicious - great sauces. Fries were perfectly done. The only issue (hence 4 stars not 5) was there was no tap beer at all, only a few choices of cans.

Staff was super polite and accommodating. Service was quick and the price was great. Perfect for a quick bite before a show at Barclays.

So so so good. I always get delivery and the food is always perfect, fresh and well packaged. I love the eco friendly packaging as well, it’s so thoughtful. The waffles are just amazing and the fries perfectly crispy. The chicken is amazing as well. Love sweet chick!

The grits here can cure depression. The drinks are stronger than my will to live. Pancakes were excellent, I got the carrot cake ones. Frosting was too sweet but pancakes made up for anything wrong in my day thus far

Food has quality has gone down so much. The food is literally disgusting and on top of it being disgusting they bring it out cold I don’t know anyone who wants to go out to eat cold chicken and then on top of that pay service fee and tip this is unacceptable and 100% will not be back
