Went here on 2/15 after a horrendous experience at the LIC location . We walked out after terrible service and decided to give Sweet Chick a second chance. It was super busy but the level of service was stellar. I told Jose about our experience at LIC and he was super apologetic. Bree was the only other person servicing tables and she was super accommodating. My little one wanted whip cream on her waffles but they didn’t have any. She offered vanilla glaze or frosting , she gave options . Not only did she give options but she was sweet and put heart sprinkles in the cup of frosting . We will NEVER go back to the LIC location again and it is our local location ! I much rather travel to another borough to see Jose and Bree in the Williamsburg location where the vibes, energy. and service are stellar! Thank you Jose and Bree for turning the experience around for us!

Visited for there famous chicken and waffles . It was a great experience from start to end. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive. We order chicken and waffles for Sharing and the purple drink . Enjoyed both I highly recommend this spot for brunch or dinner. Be aware they have am and pm menus.

I really loved this place, our waitress bri was amazing & helped out a lot, the food was so good I got steak eggs and home fries , my family got other things on the brunch menu. The potatoes were so seasoneddddd like girllll my fave 😂 definitely recommend this place, I will be back for dinner.

I first came to Sweet Chick in 2016 and am so happy to report that the food is still as good as it was then. They have expanded the menu since then but quality remains the same. They make the menu very vegetarian accessible (they even have vegetarian fried chicken!). Food came out quickly and waitstaff were nice. Great prices for NYC too. Highly recommend.
The hostess/manager did not provide a welcoming experience. Despite our small group, our seating request was declined, while a subsequent party's similar request was accommodated.
Although we were seated promptly, there was a significant delay in taking our order, which only occurred after two separate inquiries. Concurrently, another group that arrived after us had their order taken immediately upon entry. While the food was delivered quickly, our specific requests, such as additional napkins and side sauces, were overlooked. The quality of the food and the aesthetics of the establishment were satisfactory; however, the overall experience left me feeling unwelcome and profiled, which was particularly disappointing given the staff's demographic similarity to my own. I had hoped for a more positive experience for my birthday lunch, but I am grateful for the company I shared it with.

I came here on a rainy Sunday afternoon hoping to visit the street fair, but it was too rainy. So we ducked in here for food. I got the fried chicken, which was sticky with great flavor. I also split the very cheesy mac & cheese. They give a lot of food.
