DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Today was my first time trying this place thinking I was going to be left satisfied. My boyfriend didn’t eat lunch today so he can pay for my meal and you guys decided to give me 4 pieces of blackened chicken. Why am I paying extra for protein if your establishment is going to skimp out on the portions. I basically paid for a bowl of grass. Never coming back here again.

This is the 4th time I have ordered from this Sweet Green and the portions are awful! Why do I only have 4 chickpeas in my bowl? and one slice of carrot? 2 pieces fo sweet potato and 4 small pieces of chicken??? and on top of that they don't seal the lids on the bowl. Every time I have uber eats the order the lid if off the bowl which is a serious sanitary issue. I am done with this location!!!!

I paid an extra $7 for steak and this is what I find when I get home: tiny burnt crumbs of meat. Each piece is microscopic and completely overcooked. Can’t believe I spend over $20 on this meal. This might be my last time going to sweetgreen

I felt like it was gonna be a good visit when Dior said hello. It took me a little time to decide what I wanted or once I did It was sweet and simple. I did everything correctly up until the end where I was at the register and she was chatting with her colleague and using profanity. She didn't even ask if I was gonna grab a drink with that.

I’m not really sure why sweetgreen employees have a vendetta against people that order on delivery apps, but every single time it’s as if they attempt to give you the worst bowl possible. On my last order they gave me half of the normal amount of salad you would receive if you order in person and, the worst part, filled the dressing cup up 1/4 of the way. So I ended up with a measly bowl of dry lettuce. This is the second time it has happened to me with delivery, but I guess I’ve learned my lesson to only order in person so you can actually watch them prepare the food.

The salad was nice and fresh - the local rosemary foccacia tasted a bit stale.
I’ve been a loyal Sweetgreen customer for years, but after my recent experience with two employees, one with dyed white hair and the other who claimed to be the manager—I won’t be returning. The disrespect I seen over an issue any well-trained employee should know how to handle is shocking. I found two pieces of what looked like plastic from a vegetable bag in my food, and when I asked for the employees’ names, they immediately asked me to leave. The employee claiming to be the manager even held her phone and turned her back, hiding her name, as she knew she was in the wrong of being reported. It’s insane to see employees act as if they own the place instead of treating customers with respect.
