It’s messy, not in order and workers do not help each other. They see that they are out of ingredients, and they are not helping their workers by changing it or helping them at the cashier. The young lady that served me today was really nervous and overwhelmed by her coworkers as two of them played in the background and she needed to get more ingredients from the back, you can tell she was new and needed assistance. Not very welcoming as in other locations I have visited.

This place is actually awful. If you order anything online 9 times out of 10 it will be missing several ingredients (e.g., no chicken for a chicken salad). It’s clear the staff doesn’t read the instructions of the orders, the management is not engaging in any quality assurance of order and the c-suite is 100% asleep at the wheel. The number of times I’ve paid for ingredients that I’ve not gotten or a completely wrong order is pretty horrendous at this point. Clearly from the 2.4 star reviews I’m not the only person that find this place to be engaging in borderline theft. Knowingly leaving ingridents out that a customer has paid for is a pretty crappy thing to do, especially for a 35$ salad.

Someone should fire the manager. Literally the worst service ever. No one was at the counter. When they saw me they all just looked at each other and wouldn’t come over. Tried to get the bathroom code but after waiting two minutes and no one would look me in the eye I left.

The restaurant itself is aesthetically pleasing but the food is disgusting and cold. The lady making my bowl made it even more disgusting with the attitude she had. The sauce isn’t even mixed in it’s given on the side and not enough of it either. Just avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth the money.

Sweetgreen has been very responsive to my feedback on yelp and in general. The employees are always willing to go the extra mile, the food is fresh and terrific, the store is clean and pleasant. Very few businesses take customer feedback as seriously as Sweetgreen. The app is not perfect and I have had a few problems but the company has always made it right. I live in the building above and Sweetgreen has fresh ingredients and salads that make it the best healthy lunch choice in this area.
