Great!!!... went with some friends, sit outside in the othe side of the bar...... negative part, not every bartender made my drink in the same way...did not like that, but I have a great tiem anyway, loved the music, ...went out 4 pizza and they allowed to bring it in and eat it....that nice!!!

This place is great!!!! Super cool vibe. Strong drinks. Beautiful backyard space. Cool bartender (Victor). And I’m happy to say that I had a chance to create a big mural in the backyard.

They dont know how to make drinks and their beers are disgusting. No regular beers just some house ones.

Went there on a Sunday night and as much as people were trying to have fun, the bartenders were not fun at all. Been there done that kind of attitude. I even tried to engage with one of the bartenders while the other one was on his phone but to no avail. It does seem like a really cool place to have drinks though. If you don't need the bartender interaction,it looks like a cool place.

I absolutely love Sycamore's sister bar the Rusty Nail over on Foster Avenue, so I wanted to give this place a shot. The last time I stopped in was to get flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. The flowershop portion of the establishment is a bit costly, but the arrangements you get are really beautiful. On my recent visit, I came in for a couple of drinks. I really don't understand some of the negative reviews about the service and the quality of the drinks. My bartender, whom I didn't get a chance to get her name, was friendly, and she really put together a couple of great cocktails for me. My painkiller cocktail alone had plenty of rum that as soon as you put your nose to the glass, you can smell it. The prices for drinks are pretty standard, and they don't serve food like their sister bar. They do, however, allow you to bring your own. You can either sit out front, inside the bar, or outside in the garden area. Overall, based on my experience, this bar is a very chill place to just hang out and grab a quick drink, and I will definitely stop in again in the future.

This bar has no food, so can’t say about food, but they allow outside food which is a plus.

Drinks take long to make and are weak. We had few drinks, including a classic old fashioned, color looked off and weak drink and they are not cheap.

The good thing about it is its backyard with good vibe to chat.

Bar has many themes for different nights, or day of the month, such as drag bingo night, taro card reading night and others. If you like to join different activities, it would be good for you since it’s pretty local and close to the train station.

Was out having a nice night with my husband and a friend. When my husband stepped out, a regular at the bar sat himself down and proceeded to hit on us, insult us, etc. We tried to set boundaries but he wouldn't back off, and insulted us and our fanilies. When we eventually told him off and moved to the backyard, others who knew him were out there and while they acted sympathetic, it became clear that they all knew each other and were friendly with one of the bartenders. They all knew who had bothered us and said he had done it before. Really sad to cross this off our list of neighborhood bars but it's not a safe or comfortable space to hang out anymore. They have a Darryl problem.

Great drinks, chill vibe, good DJ. I stopped by a few times and always a nice spot to catch up with a friend. The mezcal Muse is delicious!!!!

Edward is such an amazing bartender!!! I had the pleasure of meeting him this past weekend. He made the experience so much better especially with it being my first time there. Tonight, however a tall bartender with a black hat wasn’t so nice. I was looking at pictures of my friends on my phone and he comes over and says “can you lower that? Because if you’re playing music out your phone, everyone will want to!” Let me preface this by saying the music in the bar was REALLY LOUD so he really had to zoom the eff in. And secondly, I wasn’t playing music off my phone. There wasn’t any need to because the music in the establishment was entertaining enough.
It felt awkward and really uncalled for. Especially in a bar that had very loud music of its own.
Other than that, Sycamore is a very beautiful space with a beautiful vibe.

Didn't have food but they have solid service and chill vibe . Very inclusive. And good selection of drinks.

Probably the best bar in S Brooklyn. One of the best in NYC imo. Vibing, lively, cross-sectional, progressive. Friendly and welcoming to all. Not a place to go for fancy mixology but the drinks are solid and doesn't break the bank.

Very cute neighborhood bar. I visit after work at the end of my week. The specialty cocktails are well crafted, liquor section is great and the service from Ed and Emre is on point.
