I genuinely wanted to love this place, but over the past few months, my experience has steadily declined since its opening. It’s the cumulative small changes that make the price increasingly difficult to justify.

They used to serve warm pita bread—a simple yet thoughtful touch. Now, the pita arrives cold and feels like an afterthought.

The portions have also noticeably shrunk. Last week, they changed from “bowls” to “plates” while maintaining the same price. Additionally, they no longer offer two bases; you can only choose one now.

It’s disheartening because the restaurant had a lot of potential, but the cost-cutting measures are quite evident. I’m not looking for a free meal or compensation—I just hope the owner reads this and considers returning to what made this place great. Either restore the quality and portions we’ve come to expect, or adjust the pricing to reflect the changes.

The move from “bowls” to “plates”: not a good one. Same full price, half the food. Some customization options now gone. Food quality inconsistent from order to order.

I work nearby, and always come for lunch with my coworker very often. The food always tastes very fresh and delicious and the service is always good. Everybody at this location has been so nice, specially Ken who always remembers our names. Definitely recommend.

Food is always good when I come. If you’re looking for tasty Mediterranean on the go, Taim is consistent, delicious, and with enough options to not tire of it.

This last time I came in with my two kids and wife, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating of the little ones. They were a uper sweet to them, and we all had a tasty lunch while out.

One of the best chicken shawarma pitas I’ve ever had. Love the customization options to add all of my favorite toppings. Large portion size and bursting with flavor. Can’t wait to go back :)

My favorite On The Go food spot. I love the freshness of the ingredients and the ability to order via the app.

I stopped in and ordered a sabich (eggplant) sandwich to go. When I got home, I saw that it had everything except the eggplant. They weren't busy when I got there. I am wondering if it's because I left a 10 percent tip instead of the 20 and up that the tip screen offers. What a disappointment.

I work nearby and come here frequently with my coworker for lunch. The food never disappoints, it’s always fresh and I love that the falafels are super crispy! Everyone, especially Ken, is welcoming, attentive, and courteous. I appreciate that they remember my order and preferences.

I have been here many times the number being ok. However, i went yesterday and ordered a water, falafel sandwich and a side. I have to say it was DREADFUL. the staff were not friendly, the sandwich was cold and was way over price at north of $25. The order at most should be $15. I've been to many of the other places in the city over the years but this is bad and unfortunately I think will go out of business if it doesn't improve.

Literally the rudest person working the counter. I walked in and said hi to the guy leaning against the counter. He said nothing. I walked up to order, he said nothing. I glanced at the register and he mumbled "you ready?". I ordered the chicken shawarma bowls and he mumbled something else I couldn't understand. I asked what he said and he mumbled again. After that warm welcome, I walked out. I've been to Taim in Fidi and the food is good, but this location isn't getting my service with this kind of person working.

The most disgusting store on 7th Avenue

The most rotten store on Seventh Avenue, the food is causing food poisoning and the workers are scammers،، I do not recommend it at all

It’s my first time here and I loved it! The food was delicious (I especially enjoyed the Israeli couscous), and it was also surprisingly filling and a generous portion for the price. Vegan friendly too, which for me is sometimes hard to find. Ill definitely come here again
