Sad to say this is my first and last time chosing this location. Ordered a Mexican pizza taco (like I usually do at other locations) and unfortunately, this is the worst cooked pizza taco I have had. The stuffing undercooked. Just horrible.
The cashier on the other hand demonstrate great customer service, too bad the food did not meet my expectations.

This taco bell never misses!! I often order late at night, and I have some dietary restrictions + don’t eat meat, so i’m always customizing my orders. They always get the order done quick and get it right every time. Whoever works those late night shifts: You deserve a raise and thank you

Cashier was rude, he forgot to give me my cup for my drink and when i finally realized, i went back to him and asked for a cup and he shoved it towards me and had an attitude.
I pick up from Taco Bells all over the city as a delivery driver, and this is the only one where employees will take it upon themselves to argue to the death over small stuff like an extra sticker (to cover the top of the drink going in my car and prevent it from spilling) or an extra packet of sauce for a takeout customer (yes, I've witnessed a 5 minute argument over a packet of sauce...). If you need low IQ NPC employees to go above and beyond their pay grade by arguing with drivers and customers over minutiae, come here. Plenty of room temperature IQ NPC's who will blindly repeat arbitrary store policies with little to no common sense or basic humanity.

Still wonderful flavors in an unflavorable area of Brooklyn. The inside is clean, neat and will managed. Just wish I could say this about Bklyn ? Its a "take your chances" atmosphere on the outside, to get to your food.

The employees don’t follow directions and are inattentive. They frequently mess up orders because they spend so much time talking instead of reading the screen. Don’t waste your time coming here, the food will probably be cold and wrong. This place Sucks !
