Ms. Samuel supremely served us with serenity and swift support. She left us feeling very grateful for the food she perfectly prepared. She also gave us a refill on our drink which was very kind. Salut and shout out one of the top spots on the coney block! Namaste queen!

Right after all the rides in Luna Park... I must say this was a good food spot to go to! As the first time for me trying Taco Bell, I must say that the menu is extremely good for how much it costs! I got a full lunch for $6.75 including tax, and a drink, so I'd say this is really worth your buck especially in such a popular location. Your first time too? I'd recommend getting a combo, best way to try Mexican food, along with the reliable service.

Waited over 30 minutes for our food with only one other group inside, who came in after us. Employees were standing around talking and taking forever to make the food. Finally, after the family that came in after us got their large order before ours, which was only two items, we asked if our food was going to be ready soon and the staff acted confused like we hadn’t ordered. We had to show them the credit card charge to finally get them to believe that we had paid because they didn’t give us a receipt. Finally one of the employees grabs a bag from their prep table and plops it in front of us. The food had been sitting there the whole time, they just forgot to put it on the counter for us to take!! Also the bathroom was gross and passcode protected, and I feel like you should have to choose one or the other.

I get delivery from here often and we are a vegan/vegetarian household. They always make the food with care, marking things clearly, and they are generous with their helpings. They are consistently consistent and perhaps that is one of the best things you can say. Great job team.

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell from which I’ve ever had the displeasure of purchasing food. The food itself was fine, normal, basic Taco Bell; however, the staff was rude as hell. We had just watched the weekly Coney Island Friday Night Fireworks and we were all hungry. It was 11pm and Taco Bell was supposed to be open for another hour. I bought everyone’s food via the Taco Bell app. We expected everyone to be able to wash their hands and use the bathroom before sitting down to eat. When we got there at 11:15 all the tables were covered with upside down chairs; the bathrooms had been obstructed by a banquette; and the area containing the soda fountain was blocked by a trash can. We were frustrated that we couldn’t pee but we waited for our food which we received at 11:30. While we waited many people came in asking to order and were told by staff that they were closed despite the door displaying a closing time of midnight. After we got our food we tried to sit and eat and one of the staff shouted at us, declaring that the dining room closes at 11. We politely left and ate outside, standing on the sidewalk, while we watched many more people enter in futile attempts to order dinner. We chose Taco Bell because most of our party are vegetarians and the food is cheap. Next time we come to see the Coney Island fireworks we will go anywhere else. This is the worst Taco Bell in NYC.

Very poor service. They gave a beef taco to me, who is a vegetarian and when questioned, they were unbothered and very unapologetic! When asked for a cup of water, despite their blunder, they asked me to pay for the water! Such incompetent staff and their behaviour.

You ever walk into a place and immediately feel like *you* are the inconvenience? Yeah, welcome to Taco Bell on Surf Ave.

First off, the manager is just sitting in the lobby *with his kids*, like he’s running a pop-up daycare instead of, you know, a restaurant. They even blocked off the soda machine with tables — like it’s some kind of VIP section for toddlers. I just wanted a drink, not to navigate a jungle gym.

Now let’s talk about the big beautiful “Happy Hour” sign they’ve got posted. It says 2–5 PM. I walk in at 3:30 — prime Happy Hour time — and ask about it. The manager literally *shrugs his shoulders*. That’s it. No explanation. Just a human emoji of “I don’t care.” What am I supposed to do with that? Interpret it through charades?

And don’t even get me started on the cleanliness. Napkins and trash all over the floor, like the aftermath of a toddler riot. Which, to be fair, might not be far off.

This place doesn’t need a health inspector it needs a full reboot. Come on, Taco Bell. Get it together.
