The worst Taco Bell location in Brooklyn I ordered from the app and it took almost an hour to get my food and when I received my food half of the items I ordered were missing .The driver who delivered my food was so nice and waited there for over an hour And I didn't even get half my food. The worst Taco Bell in Brooklyn New York 11234 do yourself a favor and drive to another one

I had surgery on my ankle. My doctor said use a bike because pedaling is therapeutic for my ankle. I go into this location with my bike and as soon as I walk in two guys that work there are sitting down in the waiting area and one of them tells me no bikes inside very rudely. I explained my situation and all he said again was no bikes inside….no hello welcome to Taco Bell im sorry no bikes are allowed…just plain rude….like what is the bike going to do to the mat in the store or the floor???

Went into this place today - waited 30 minutes for a crunch wrap . Watched the employees tell customers they can't sit at a table because they were all eating at it . Then got my crunch wrap and it was not even folded properly . This place is an embarrassment to Taco Bell

Manager was overwhelmed had a nasty attitude always had a great experience till yesterday Saturday June 14th manager was not customer service friendly did not know how to make sure customer is satisfied rather he used his own feelings and decided he's 1st not the customer he canceled my order cause I complained for waiting 20min for order and their was now more spices left for tacos shame on you.... im sure Taco Bell does will not tolerate this type of behavior in their establishment... I have reached out to corporate waiting on response I have a video recording and audio conversation Manager threatening me if I order again he will have me arrested for trespassing wow been ordering for the last 2 years never had a problem

Went into this fast food restaurant about an hour ago. After placing my order on their machine, I stood by the counter waiting for my order to be prepared. What I saw turned me off and I immediately asked to be refunded. The counter that was being used to prepare the order was so dirty. When I pointed it out to a staff member, his response was was that it couldn't be cleaned because they are constantly preparing meals. I asked him if he was serious. I was totally shocked at his excuses for keeping the place that food is being prepared in such a disgusting condition. What if I was from the department of health? SMH .
The people need to be more observant about where they eat .
I blame myself though. The person preparing my tacos seemed upset that I cancelled my order.

TACO BELL HEAD QUARTERS, something needs to be done about this before DOH decides to shut this restaurant down.

I ordered 2 separate meals for this delivery order. There were 4 issues with this order. I should mention that I paid $53 dollars and change for this order. 1. I ordered one drink (a specialty dream freezy drink) but I received a different drink than I ordered. 2. I ordered a large nacho cheese fries but the fries were cold upon arrival and tasted like plain wiry fries with ZERO nacho cheese powder at all... I may as well have gone to McDonalds... 3. I ordered the cinnamon twists but although Taco Bell charged me for it, I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. If Taco Bell no longer has this item, it should NOT be on their menu. Additionally, I should not have been charged for it. Lastly, 4. the tacos I received (1. doritos supreme and 2 regular ones) all tasted inedible... The beef tasted like the way canned dog food smells. I wouldn't even give that to my dog to eat... It was so disgusting, I could only get 1 bite down before I felt like throwing it up... Needless to say, I did NOT enjoy this food at all... I WILL NOT be wasting my money here anymore after this... Grade G beef... I tried calling Taco Bell about these issues initially, but their phone line was busy each time I called... Terrible!
