Stepped in to get late night snack…first the woman at the end of the counter seemed annoyed I walked in. She was cleaning the counters and when I placed my order, she didn’t even change the gloves she was using…100% disgusting!!!🤮

Not much seating, only 4-5 tables. Not mutch customer service, just give you your food. Half the drinks in the machine ran out when I was there. No bathroom, but there are 3 kiosks for ordering.

Been waiting 45 minutes at Wednesday not at rush hour cus workers was just dancing and singing. At this almost hour waiting have nothing with fast food. Or at least hire some manager who could be see what workers doing cuz I cannot as customer ask for not making my tacos over half hour🤯

I arrived at Taco Bell (1977 86th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11214) to pick up an order that was already prepared and placed on the pickup shelf. When I informed the employee that I was there to collect the order, she completely ignored me and told me to “wait,” even though the order was ready. She continued talking on her phone and made me wait for about 10 minutes.

When I finally said I would report this behavior, she responded that she was the manager and told me to “complain wherever you want.” Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional.

This behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone claiming to be a manager. I have video footage from my dash camera showing the incident. I request that Taco Bell management review this matter and take appropriate action.

I had to wait 40 minutes for my order. During this time, the staff did not respond to my questions and completely ignored me. Meanwhile, I noticed that they were actively prioritizing delivery orders, clearly to avoid penalties from delivery apps. Eventually, after 40 minutes, I finally received my food.

Unfortunately, once I got home, I discovered that my tacos were not properly cooked, and instead of a cheese quesadilla, I was given a chicken one. As a vegetarian, this is especially upsetting and unacceptable.

This experience is absolutely unacceptable. I sincerely hope that management will take action, review the way this location operates, and replace the current staff with employees who are able to perform their duties responsibly and professionally.

The new manager (woman) has 0 customer and social skills. The way she talks to customers is appalling. She shouldn’t work with people if she hates them.
