This is unheard of, terrible service and super greedy and cheap way of operating a chain restaurant. I got an offer from Taco Bell for 1.00 burrito, I ordered thru the Taco Bell app, when I come to pick it up, it is not honor by this store and they are not issue me a refund. Even though it is already made with the receipt attached to the take out bag.

They ate lazy and rude. Got order wrong. Swore it was right. Left got home and it was wrong. They said can u come back? I said so it can be messed up three times? No sorry... When I went in and walked to counter. Manager was seated in dining area and instructed me that I had to use kiosk to order anything. IF I had cash. I would've been out of luck.

Today September 16 at 8:25 PM I went to the Taco Bell and the guy that was in the front taking orders was flirting with a customer. He was very unprofessional, and he told her to go down stairs where all the employees go so who knows what was happening down there. It’s disgusting to know that he would do that at a place where people eat and this is his employment. I’m so disappointed. Taco Bell needs to hire new people and give them a training.

Waited at the register for someone to acknowledge me for 15 mins, as 2 workers were filling online orders, there were only 2 staff members working which is ridiculous for them and for customers, but after patiently waiting the 15 mins to even be acknowledged she finally comes over I go to place my order and then what ended up being a very rude worker tells me I needed to place my order at the kiosk, I proceeded to tell her you saw me walk in and stand here for 15 mins you couldn't tell me that orders at placed over there, she shrugged her shoulders and turned her back to me, that was then i just turned around and took my business elsewhere... I had a big order to, ohh well!!

Didn't even it was here until my daughters asked me to bring some taco bell home. It's literally 10 mins from my house. They have a handicap accessible ramp as well as 2 small steps to go in. You can sit there or do take out. On street parking only with meters. You order through the kiosk,pay, and pick up your food at counter. Easy peasy. They do have a restroom, self serve fountain drinks or they can do it. Overall it is clean,quick food and affordable. Counter staff was very nice. Try the new cheesy steak with dipping sauce. Depending on locations they have a value combo starting at $5.00 and up plus tax that includes a drink.Vegetarian options: They have a bowl that has no meat what so ever:rice, beans cheese lettuce tomato sour cream guac or choice burritos bean and cheese, rice beans cheese,Quesadilla potatoes so options are there for you.Kid-friendliness: While there is really no place for kids to play, I've seen kids eat while waiting for my order.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to enter establishment, and is very spacious so a wheelchair will have lots of room to maneuver and sit.
