Why am I paying extra to get chicken but you guys still give me beef and I’m allergic. Then won’t answer any calls and don’t offer a refund. I specifically ask for chicken. I can’t eat beef. Even THE CHICKEN CHALUPA u gave me beef. And the cheese burrito and the Doritos tacos. I wasted my money. And didn’t even get any Diablo sauce. How do you not put Diablo sauce every time. What’s the point of having a phone number and u don’t answer.

The DoorDash driver told me that they were rude, and I already knew that my food will be screwed up, but not on this level! These incompetent people, purposely destroyed my order!!!!!!!!! I ordered three Chalupa’s one chicken and two steak and they purposely gave me all chicken! Then I ordered a steak burrito supreme, which they put in burnt and dried ground beef and burnt steak purposely! How’s your clearly isn’t capable of handling his/her restaurant! The manager clearly stands for a poor customer, service, poor quality and rude behavior! This Manager ought to be fired on the spot!!!!!!

This location is so clean and easy to get to. I actually parked in their parking lot and dines in. The tables are clean, the floors. When you work hard and you want to treat yourself and the family, you can't miss. I took my time. Now I love me some Mary, Tupac and 112, but I don't need to hear it while I'm eating my lunch. Lol. It was quiet and the staff looks like they get along really well 🥰. This is why I come back almost every Friday or I order via GrubHub.

This place is the Worst when it comes to service. If I wanted my food to be handed to me from a worker that has to bring the food to my car! Then does that not defeat the purpose of a drive through! Not a drive through and wait in the parking lot for my food restaurant!

This place is for the birds, the manager is rude and disrespectful. I would not visit this place again. I TRAVEL to Church ave for KFC. The service, food, and manager all trash. I saw one of the employees picking pieces of the chicken and eat it. If you try to tell them about an issue they're very dismissive Please if you like your freedom stay away from here.

Telling me I should know my order before I get to the window because they are on a timer with an attitude, rolling eyes, swirling neck, clicking fingers, is not what I consider friendly customer service. Today is Friday August 9, 2024 at around noon, whoever worked the window during this time get her out of window service, move her to fries or something cuz she has the Ugliest personality, I drove off. Sorry for anyone who made my food, but I’m not about to argue about why I’m reading your new food menu items and seeing what I want. You have a job because I go there to order food.

It is sad to go to a restaurant and order something and give you what they feel to give you. I can't believe I used my last little bit of money to pay for food that I wanted to enjoy but, the chicken chilupa was so hard it felt like a rock as if it has been sitting there for weeks and they decide to give it to me to eat. This location needs the health department called for selling stale food and for the price it is.
