Oh my God, I treat all people the same, regardless of their skin color, orientation, and so on, but why do the employees here work so slowly? This is insane! I’ve only seen such slow work in that cartoon about the sloth who worked at the DMV. This is the first time I’ve ever seen staff work this slowly.
They haven’t changed the oil in a long time, and the fries are just awful. I feel sorry for the people who eat here and bring their kids. I never thought KFC could be this bad.

I dined there with my family tonight. I purchased food to sit down and eat. And I asked for a cup for water since my family and I do not drink soda and I was denied a cup for water. They told me that the cups were counted and I was not allowed to have one because I had to purchase it. I don't understand why it was denied a cup for water. Especially when my? Child was choking and needed to drink I was discriminated Again? Because I did not purchase a cup. It was only water water is free. I don't understand why I was denied that.

The worst experience, never buy there. The tacos tasted like wood-flavored oil. Horrible. Out of a party combo of 12 tacos, we threw away 8, none of them tasted good. I bought it through Doordahs and they have nothing to complain about either.
Could give zero stars if I could. There was no one at the register since everyone was in the back cooking even though there were 3 people already and every time I wanted to say something to the manager, she'd walk away. Also, I kept having problems with the app and the manager had no idea what I was talking about and could barely speak English. I have nothing against people who's native language isn't English, but if your job is to communicate with people, you should be able to know the basics of how to communicate with them.
Also my friend's wrap is mostly cheese instead of meat and they couldn't even unlock the bathroom.
