9pm, Garbage litters this establishment, drink stains, and wet marks everywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ordered from kiosk, tried every item on the menu, food was not as advertised. Items were for the most part tasteless, or didn’t make sense. Particularly the cheezit, or any of their actual taco items. Very confused why anyone would eat here twice

I was eating in Taco Bell and I finished my food, the food was not the a good. After I finish my food I went to the cashier and I asked for a napkin to wipe my mouth and hands. The cashier said we don’t have napkins so I decided to leave. But my friend said why and he was arguing with them he said napkins are only for customers. I didn’t know there is limited edition napkins only for customers. It’s just a sheet of paper. Very bad Costner support

Needs new look, run down... Yet customers still come. Don't use app, it double bills order & no refund on phantom order. Called/email Taco Bell Cust service. Worthless... Called bank, did charge back successfully.

Server was friendly & quick. I ordered 3 small things. Of the 3 two were good. There was a 3 cheese something that was horrible. Not enough cheese. The burrito was good and the wrap was OK. The place was clean.

You don't expect a brooklyn taco bell to be particularly clean or nice, and this location still manages to surprise. Rude, unhelpful staff. They also guard the restroom like it's fort Knox- its bizarre.
