I have been to this place two times now. Both times I have waited 30+ minutes for a very small order. I'm not making the same mistake of coming back again.
The tables are sticky. People just hangout in the area, typically with their kids talking to staff (one was shirtless tonight...?) The counter is always surrounded by a dozen mobile order delivery guys shouting at staff demanding their orders and tonight I even witnessed them get into a fight with staff over an order that went missing.

The worst part is my crunchwrap Supreme was 90% lettuce. It took 4 bites before I even got any beef lol. Absolute insanity.

It's next to a gym so I recommend placing your order then going and working out. By the time you finish your workout you'll only need to wait 10 more minutes.

Very bad experience. Food was not food it's more like appetizer and so soggy. The location is not well maintained. Worker were not paying attention to what they are doing, they miss two items in our order.

She communicates very rudely with people, if she is not in the mood, then it should not concern others. It is easier for the administrator of the establishment to sort out this situation. And they should work faster, orders are waiting for a very long time, People. They work like sleepy flies. VERY HORRIBLE, RUDE STAFF. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Through the app, I ordered a $7 meal including a fountain drink. I also ordered a separate mountain dew baja midnight happy hour fountain drink. When they told me they did not have any more baja midnight fountain drink they let me get a baja midnight freeze as a replacement. Great service

Order through Uber eats. Waited two whole hours and they never even made my order. My delivery driver switched three times because they took so long. Why even accept it if you aren’t going to make it?
Plenty of other issues in the past two with wrong items and such but this one put me over the edge. I love Taco Bell, but I’m never ordering or going to this one again.

If I could give zero stars I would because this place is a disaster!!! I waited over 45 minutes for a basic order while employees stood around laughing and ignoring customers. When I finally got inside, the dining area was sticky, the trash cans were overflowing, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since last week. Not to mention that there’s always drug addicts constantly running in & out of the place. The bathroom? Pure nightmare — no soap, foul urine and strong marijuana smell, and so dirty I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Staff attitudes were downright rude, like serving customers isn’t their job and was an inconvenience. And where was management? Nowhere. This isn’t just bad service — this is a complete failure of Taco Bell’s corporate standards. If this location is allowed to operate like this, it’s clear the company doesn’t care about customers, cleanliness, or basic respect and needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!! Do better, Taco Bell. You all should truly be ashamed.

I've been to a lot of Taco bell restaurants in other states, I've never seen other restaurants with employees as bad as this restaurant, they work very slowly, they're like fainted flies and they're very rough, they're not hygienic to customers, their food is bad, I don't recommend you to eat in this restaurant, the employees are very bad, they need to change employees, it's a terrible place

I placed 2 orders of the dulce de leche delights with a quesadilla combo. Whoever was working the night of 8/1/25 around 10:30 PM, did a terrible job packaging my order. Who would put saran wrap over the (lid) of the drink and put that drink in the same bag with the rest of the food?? Was there any common sense and consideration, attention to detail applied when packaging these orders?? The drink had spilled all over of my food while in transit. Let me give you a tip, How about you put the drink in a separate bag from the food? Or how about wrapping the drink with Saran Wrap in its entirety, place the drink in a drink tray, then place that drink tray in a plastic bag and wrap it up to secure it?? On top of that, I did not receive the dulce de leche delights bites, Common sense isn’t really common these days it looks like. If you guys ran out, communicate with the customer or give them an extra taco or something to compensate for the money the customer has spent? ….. I don’t know, just maybe?? Disappointing.
