Consistently gets my order wrong. Why is there a veggie menu if you give me meat regardless???? I specifically order from there to make it easier and somehow still get BEEF. It’s incredibly disappointing that the food goes to waste and I go hungry.

This is the last time I order delivery from here. Something is always wrong with my order. I paid for extra spicy ranch on my cheesy gordita crunch and they left off the spicy ranch completely.I try not to leave negative reviews but this is the 4th time I’ve ordered from this location through Uber eats and my order was incorrect.

Vibes are rank and the employees are the only thing worse. We once ordered and they skipped something in our order. When we brought it to their attention they kept assuring us that they would make it soon. We waited 45 minutes. Several groups of other guests came, ordered, left. Every time we order something on doordash they manage, without fail, to consistently mess something up or forget several items. I mean we've ordered upwards of 20+ times since living in the neighborhood and they've maybe gotten the entire order right with all the items like 3 times. If there is a manager that works there, can you double check that your team can read the entire order and complete the entire order. I hate to be rude, because I completely understand that mistakes happen, but where is the learning curve? When will orders actually come out right? I understand that the employees might be frustrated and underpaid; however, it's ridiculous to have to reorder things each and every time. Honestly better off closing this location. Hope they strongly consider doing that.

The staff here is very unprofessional, they dont handle the pressure of a lot people ordering well at all. They lash out at customers, threaten to fight them, and mess up orders left and right. Never coming back here, i left and stopped waiting for my order there cause it wasnt worth the trouble.

These night shift employees are very disrespectful special the short dark-skinned ladie with the tattoos and the dreaded guy when you walk in for a pickup and you show them your phone they suck their teeth at you and make you wait for a long time when you talk to them or ask a question they ignore you they should be handled.
Ordered thru seamless and they brought me the wrong order (said someone else’s name on it), it was 30 min late, and in the bag was also not even the right order for the ticket taped on the outside. Never order from here for delivery.

Out of the 3 good Taco Bells I've been to this one was the worst I mean the food was good but the low sugar Gatorade was awful I am never going to this Taco Bell ever again this is the worst one in my opinion

If you don’t go in person you will NEVER get your order right. Even in person you have to watch closely as they build your food because they will mess it up. I love Taco Bell but unfortunately this location is definitely not living up to its standards.

I just order the 3 cruchy taco meal which comes with a starry in a can. I also purchased a orange juice on the side using uber eats. Tell me why none of the beverages was placed in my order. Whoever is handling delivery orders need to get it all the way together. It is completely unacceptable for someone in the food service industry to not pay keen attention to details. I too am in the food industry so I understand the struggles but please don't be sending orders with 2 missing beverages that's incompetence. What do you expect me to drink with my order???? This is not the first time I ordered from y'all and my order is missing an item this is now a habit. I'm not impressed!!!
