Except for the food, nothing works in this restaurant. You can see the staff behaving as if they're in their own living room. You can see an order that's already ready and it takes 10 minutes to collect it. There's a lack of consideration and respect, as if the restaurant doesn't have an owner who at least monitors the restaurant's security cameras to see what their employees are doing.

Lazy workers who can’t even do the bare minimum, 20 min wait for food and if you ordered on kiosk the workers won’t even announce your name and your food sits in the shelf for 10 mins while they gossip with each other.
Took 25 minutes to make my order, missed an entire chalupa from my order, did not grill the cheese on to my GRILLED CHEESE burritos, and wrapped them so bad everything fell out once I got home. Only one person at the register who fails to serve the food on time, store had loud obnoxious music playing the entire time, and had multiple workers NOT working but instead standing around conversating with others. 0/10.
