i visited today afternoon 4 dec. ordered chicken bowl. when i eat it rice was uncooked i can feel the crunch in rice. i went to taco bell again to complain in calm way. i show them the food, they were not agreeing that it was uncooked and giving vibe that i came here for free food. i told them i am not here for free food i can pay for it but u can’t serve people this uncooked rice. and i left and threw my half rice bowl in garbage and left. what a bad experience 💔.

I’ve gone to this Taco Bell for at least the past two years. I don’t think I ever had a major issue with this location. Maybe at first I feel their customer service was a little slow. However, in the last year they’ve been on top of getting you in and out when you order. The location is also clean and comfortable if you want to eat in. They usually always get my order right. Maybe a 1-2 incidents where they messed up but they made up for it with freebies. Truly, in comparison to other taco bells in NYC , I feel like this is one of the better ones.

Never coming back here again as a diabetic i normally come here to buy a quick bite and use the bathroom they no me but on some occasions I stay to charge my phone but ive noticed several times when im just there minding my business the weirdest people start showing up , watching me doing weird things to get my attention at first I didn't think anything of it because this is ny you see everything but I've noticed it more and more wondering if the staff knows these people to make me feel uncomfortable so I leave who knows alot of people dont have good intentions nowadays. I'm gonna have to find another bathroom spot. I always sense weird energy in there
The staff are nice but everytime i come to this location theres always some crazed and deranged person that always walks in doing crazy shit , it makes no sense to me .
