11.11.24 Customers are not allowed to use the restroom. I ordered food so I could use the restroom, but I was told it was for employees only. I asked politely that I really needed to go there, but the cashier just turned away. We live in the 21st century in the largest city in the US, but they don't let people in to relieve themselves. Bravo!

Staff is polite but that's it. I ordered online. 4 meals. They put all the meals in the bag together. You couldn't tell what went with what. No straws not utensils no sauces. The chalupa wasn't a chalupa. The burritos was only beans. Never going to that location ever again.

I normally do uber eats or grub hub but today i went in because they canceled my favorite order lastnight but when i did go in the cashier/ manager already knew who i was based off my order and she had never seen me before so i like that she guessed it and was correct. I cant place my order the same because they some what changed it but still got what i wanted at the same token . Be mindful this is in a ghetto environment but just rock with it - lol yes im from the hood
