Taco Bell is Taco Bell. This one was pretty solid, the food was good like always not the service a little slow. If you're in the neighborhood and like Taco Bell, its worth it!

Business was extremely busy, but the service workers were being extremely friendly and courteous despite the delivery drivers getting very impatient and pushy. My order was ready almost immediately and the worker was extremely polite and friendly with me.

My coworker has been telling me about the Mexican pizza for so long so we went today for his birthday and omg what a pleasant visit!! Marisol was such a sweetheart, she helped us from the moment we walked in and remained attentive the whole time we were there. The manager Harji was also super nice and attentive. It didn't feel like i was in a fast food with how nice they were. 10/10

It’s Taco Bell. You can’t expect luxury. But this location deserves more praise. I’ve been to some horrific Taco Bells in NYC, so the bar is low - but, every time I go to another location I wish I went to this one instead. I usually order online on Wednesdays for a mid week treat, and there are a couple of regular employees there (after 5 pm) that if I see them, I know my food is going to be gas. I don’t know their names but one is a younger black woman, every time I show up and she’s there, my potatoes are fresh, the veggies are stacked perfectly, every modification on point, extra diablo packets in the bag. Not to mention outside of Manhattan, t bells are priced cheaper.
Great set of night staff there serving up consistency and freshness.

This is the worst Taco Bell thus far. I’ve spent thousands on Taco Bell but I’m done with it. They literally gave me 5 taco supremes with just LETTUCES!!!!! I’m driving and about 20 mins away and decide to have a taco only to find out it’s only LETTUCES in it!!!! Also there is no diversity they only hire Mexicans I didn’t see any Asians, Blacks or nothing out does a franchise allow stuff like this to happen? I’ll stick with Chipotle it’s fresher, better and tastier for a great price, DIVERSITY AND GOOD QUALITY!!!!
I ordered a cheez-it crunchwrap and there was no cheez-it. Either there was gross negligence or simply no cheez-it say so, don't pull off this foolishness. My burrito was stale shelled and the beans dry and clumpy. Never again.

Horrible service gave me the completely wrong order had to walk all the way back to change it and then she gave me attitude about it and she threw out the food in front of me. Rude and nasty and arguing with Co workers in front of customers extremely unprofessional older spanish lady with glasses

Let's get one thing clear, this is Taco Bell. Not fine dining. I'm not surprised if the table is messy because the person before ran out without cleaning up after themselves, and I'm also never expecting any consistency with portions.With that said this is one of the best Taco Bells I've been to. I've never had to wait for my order and the staff is really polite. I make sure to stop by when I'm in the area and need to grab a quick bite.
